    I had an extremely disappointing experience with this locksmith service. I called them to my salon to install a new lock, and from day one it has been nothing but a nightmare.The first visit was completely unprofessional the locksmith took nearly 8 hours and still did not complete the job correctly. My salon was left unsecured until 1 a.m., wide open for anyone to walk in. That alone was unacceptable.The following Monday, they returned but once again failed to fix the door properly. I had to call back the next day to ask if they were going to resolve the issue, and while I was told someone was on the way, no one ever showed up.On top of that, the lock they installed has been faulty from the beginning. The keys constantly get stuck, and the locksmith even removed a s**** from my door and never replaced it, leaving it in worse condition than before.This entire experience has been beyond unprofessional and careless. I trusted them to secure my business, but instead I was left with more problems and an unsafe salon. I would not recommend this locksmith to anyone who values their safety, time, or money.
