  *************************** was absolutely amazing to work with! My in-laws were selling their home in ******* and moving down to ***** to be close to our family. They are both deaf so I was handling most of the process for them. ****** was VERY patient and VERY responsive in all the coordination and correspondence through the whole process. We were in a very tight timeline and we were initially going to use the knock home swap loan type but we were able to switch to a conventional loan at the last minute due to selling the ******* home first. ****** had everything lined up to cover either scenario so we didn't lose the home we had an offer on in *****. She was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process and would constantly work with me any time i reached out (sometimes after normal business hours). I just cannot say enough good things about ****** and the knock program and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!

Any questions I had were answered almost immediately. ****** and her team are the best.   Just closed on a new home using Knock's Home Swap program, and my experience has been absolutely stellar! ****** and ****** went above and beyond to make this process as smooth as possible, even in spite of some set-backs due to my own oversights. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

  I recently had my first experience working with Knock (my loan officer was the best!) and it could not have been a better experience. We are still working on the second part of their home swapping program, but it has all been proceeding as expected. Communication is great and my buyers are very happy with everything so far. I expect no issues as we complete this program and look forward to working with Knock again in the future. I'm very happy to recommend them.
