    order placed 8/21 , order 1425 for 2 bags dried fruit. Followed up with Holistic Sea Moss out of Atlanta Ga and no replies back and has asked for refund with no response. Got a tracking number from **** on 10/7 that a label was created and the product hasn't been provided to them, so I could not file a claim. I have reached out multiple times with no resolution. I just want a refund.

    Placed an order on August 26, 2025 and as of today October 08, 2025 have not received the product. I have been email the the vendor contenting asking at first for a ************ Sent on Sep 12th from me "Third email: I would like you to return my money considering I placed an order on August 26th, emailed you on Sept 10th asking for a status and you have no consideration of responding. They finally responded on Sept 19 "Holistic Sea Moss Gel Fri, Sep 19, 10:10AM to me Hello Tess,Thank you so much for your patience as we work to get your order shipped out. Your shipping label has already been created, and were preparing your package to go out Monday with overnight shipping at no extra cost to you. You can expect it to arrive Tuesday.We did experience a brief delay because we ran low on cold shipping packs due to the overwhelming number of orders we received. Our small mom-and-pop shop has been blessed to go viral on TikTok recently, which has brought in thousands of orders and messages so many that we even had to temporarily close our physical store just to focus on fulfilling online orders.Were doing everything we can to get everyones packages out as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and support during this exciting (and very busy!) time.Thank you for supporting a small business it means the world to us!Warm regards,Holistic Sea Moss Team""Still have not received the product or any other correspondences. I have email them and contacted Fedex..NOTHING!
