This practice needs better doctors and to be revised of how operations go. This is an abortion clinic and the doctor handled me so terrible I am very destroughted and saddened about my experience. I was already emotional and scared about the experience when the doctor got to me it was one women present to make sure my legs were propped up and open right then she left the room, after that there were two white male doctors present. He tried to insert the needle into my hand but my veins were small and he couldnt find it so he wiggled it around harshly, I have taken a phlebotomy course and I asked him did he reinsert it in the same spot he stuck me in because thats what it felt like and it did hurt very bad. Then after that he told me the medication would burn a little and it burned A LOT. It felt like my hand was set on fire I started yelling and crying, the doctor made fun of me and asked me how old I were then stated I was acting like a baby. Instead of comforting me through the process I was made fun of about the pain. Its been a week and I still have wrist pain from the medication being too strong. I also have r***** pain, I talked to the receptionist today and I told her my complications and I wanted to be seen. I then also told her I found a review on the website that matched the description of mine from a few years ago she said that people may over exaggerate there experiences which is totally baffeling to state that a women is lying about her experience and to say she have worked there for 23 years. This place needs to be shut down there are more bad reviews on the website that state it feels more transactional and they dont care about your experience and well being. Saddely I have experienced this and wants this place to be revised. Poor communication skills, training, proper care, and the doctors especially to be more looked into because they are not good at their job.
