              Last May 2023, I filed a claim for my unclaimed property. Unfortunately, after submitting the claim, I forgot about it entirely. Recently, I reset my account password and checked the status, which indicated that my claim had been paid. However, I have not received any payment or check for my unclaimed property, which amounted to $328.39. Despite my attempts, I have been unsuccessful in contacting you, hence, I am initiating this complaint to ensure a response.Could you please clarify how the payment for my unclaimed property will be processed? Do you offer options for direct deposit or ACH service? If so, could you provide the necessary steps or requirements for initiating either direct deposit or ACH service? My claim ID is ******* Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and resolution of this issue.
