      "Ordered couch, it came defective as one side cushion was 3 inches higher than the other three, also the bottom cushions were weak like the couch was already used, they will not refund delivery. I had them pick it up within the proper refund policy, but not getting the delivery fee refunded do to a defective couch is absurd."
