    DO NOT GET A GREEN LIGHT CARD FOR YOUR CHILD! They would continuously decline my childs card even with finding on the card. The card spent more time locked then used because they would always lock it for no reason and the process to get it unlocked was horrible. I spent many hours on the phone. We requested a refund of $400 that my daughter had on the account and at 22 days we are no closer to a refund. They told us 3 times we would have the money back on 3-5 business days. We are on the 3rd time of them telling us this. They wont give us our money back even though they say its processing. Save yourself the stress and hassle and just get a real bank account for your child. There Is certainly thievery going on with this business.

    Closed my son's account, but have not been refunded his savings 4 weeks later. There is still over $80 that customer service claimed they transfered. For $481, I had 2 $50 transfers, 1 $200, and 1 $100. They say it takes **** business days for a refund to clear. The ones sent after the $81 cleared, but no sign of this refund. I have sent several emails and DMs only to have the "looking into it" response. But they don't follow up with me. It is ridiculous.Would not recommend to anyone.

    We ordered cards for 2 of our children. We were all so excited and started talking about saving, investing and earning money. Well, it was too good to be true. Pretty much immediately after receiving the cards I moved money from their savings accounts - more than $1000 - and then their cards were locked! I spent about an hour dealing with 2 different customer service employees only to learn that it was locked based on $100 that I sent to the account from my checking account - something I had already done in the past. The only way I could unlock the cards was by using their online system and adding all of my online banking information. I decided to cancel the accounts and get my money back. Well, that will take at least 7 working days! So right now they owe me $1200! Not sure when I will get it. I will be filing a formal complaint with BBB if they money is not returned in 7 days. There really is something "to good to be true" about his company. DO NOT use Greenlight! I would give them 0 stars if I could.
