      I cannot even rate the chik-fil-a on ************ in *******, *******. I purchased some soup and two grilled sandwiches to go. the soup apparently was not capped properly because when I got home it had spilled in the bag. It spilled and ruined the sandwiches and it spilled into my car seat and my bag. I don't live that far from this establishment. I called chik-fil-a immediately. It was a call center and they really can't help you. They just relay your complaint to the managers. The awful part is that the manager on duty was very NASTY. I told her that the hot soup burned my arm. She did not know how to apologize. The only thing that she wanted me to do was throw the food away and get it off the counter. She acted like it happened to her. This particular location has received other complaints, I'm told. Maybe the owner is not ready to own a business. This is why many black people don't do business with black people. This location is black owned. I think that corporate chik fil a should monitor thus business or be very choosy who they let own one.

      ****************************************************************************************, on 7/25/2025 @ 7:30 after work on the way home I stop by this location, where I go morning for breakfast, and almost every day for lunch. Because I work at the hospital down from them. I wanted to buy my daughter, 5 year old granddaughter, and myself dinner after I got off. My granddaughter has autism disability. I explained this to the manager of the store, my granddaughter will not eat the fried with the salt on them. I already knew they will not just drop fries if you ask for fried with no salt. So I didn't ask them to do that. I ask the young lady who was the manager of the store could I just wait until they drop another batch and before they put it in the salt can they then give me my granddaughter with no salt. This manager said no. They still wouldn't do it, for her, even if I wait till they drop more fries.This made no sense at all to me. So you have to drop fries back there anyway, I didn't mind waiting until you do on your time, for my granddaughter. You can't just get the fries out with no salt for her before you dump them in salt. She said no. What a heartless person, she lied also and said corporate wouldn't let them do it. I call corporate customer service, while I was still there at the store. The lady in customer service said that's not true, she could have done it. I will not go to this location again. The lady I talk to said they are going to have someone else to get back with me in the corporate office.

      This is the worst corporation ever in life. They need to be shut down the managers do not know how to manage their very rude and Mr. ******** at the ******* location should be fired. They do not know how to conduct business or manage. I feel sorry for the children that are working there under his management

      I recently worked at this Chick fil A on **************************************. And wanted to share my experience. I completed two days of orientation and about 3 hours of hands-on training. However, when I received my paycheck, I was only paid for the training day, not the orientation.The main reason I decided not to stay was due to the unprofessional behavior of some team members in the back. The environment didn't feel respectful or welcoming, which made it difficult to feel like part of a team.Chick fil A has a reputation for high standards, but unfortunately, this location didnt reflect that in how new employees were treated.

      AVOID FOOD POISONING/CONTAMINATION!!!Conyers, **. Location is selling food out of the SAFE TEMPERATURE range!!!Putting customers health "AT RISK!!!"Putting in a To Go order...They served me a very cold egg and cheese biscuit! Fortunately, I checked it before leaving the counter! Asking for the manager to give me a remake on my order! She told the person in the kitchen area to do a remake in my order. The manager bagged up the remake apologizing for the mishap.We're good to go? I ask. Yes, you are she said. Wrong!!! So very WRONG!!!Taking her word I just left the store without checking it. Until I got a short distance down the road. The biscuit was rewrapped! Same biscuit!!! The person in the kitchen opened it and just put another slice of cold cheese on it!!!I tried to call the store to ask...Why?You cannot talk to this store when you call it. Guess why not!!! Their phone number is the same as the CUSTOMER COMPLAINT LINE!!! I could not believe it when the representative told me this...Not all locations are set up with phone numbers like this, but some locations are. Furthermore, they haven't even responded to the corporate emails from the company. Not only are they hiding behind the complaint phone number they don't even respond to corporate. I ask the representative a question. What happens if they do not call or contact me per your company request?We will escalate it again.Then I ask...I guess you'll escalate it again and again and again until I am exhausted on waiting on them. Correct? We just keep escalating it. I said...they aren't addressed on their lackadaisical behavior? She couldn't answer.Numerous calls and escalations. It's all recorded!! Dates/time.On my last call...just have someone from CORPORATE CALL ME. STILL WAITING!!! My initial call 02/29/24. Waiting for a year!A failing generation now in charge!****** will probably BANKRUPT this company!!Your Grandaddy T.***** would NOT be proud of you! I remember him from *********, **.

      Chic-Fil-a location:********************************************************************* I had the inconvenience of ordering through **** eats and my order was mysteriously given to a ****** but in the app, multiple ******s were assigned to the order. Around the 3rd assigned ******, I asked if the uber ****** could inquire about my order. I ended up speaking to the employee who handed the 1st ****** my order and stated he wanted to talk to the manager to see if he could re-issue the order. When I talked to the manager, he lied and said there was no record of my order and he couldnt do anything about it, essentially dismissing me (it was maybe 20 minutes before closing so Im sure that was a large motivation). Ironically enough, the employee I spoke with before the manager specifically stated that he gave my order to the ******, detailing my name and order as he recalled it ion the spot. But somehow, the manager didnt want to resolve the issue and just dismissed my order being missing entirely. Didnt know Chic-Fil-a promoted liars who want to punch off the clock 20 minutes early. Good to know.

      Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite ********************* due to their Business Model of treating both their Customers and Employees right. Specifically, I love that Chick-Fil-A is closed on Sundays for their Employees if they choose to attend Church. Even though Ive occasionally wanted to eat Chick-Fil-A on a Sunday, I am happy their Employees have a day off on Sundays. I dont believe enough Businesses follow that Business Model any longer. I can wait until a Monday. From my experience, The Staff is always friendly, smiles, and are always happy to help their Customers. I dont remember The exact date but the one time my order was wrong, The Staff and Manager were able to resolve the incorrect order for me in a reasonable amount of time. I understand, mistakes sometimes happen. Especially for a Fast Food Chain as busy as Chick-Fil-A.Every Chick-Fil-A I have visited is always clean so I trust to eat at Chick-Fil-A Restaurants.I love that some Chick-Fil-A Restaurants still offer a Kids Playground. There are few Businesses that are still Child-Friendly to Families. They also offer Kids meals.For anyone who avoids eating too much Fast Food, Chick-Fil-A offers appetizing Salads for anyone trying to eat Healthy or Diet. I really enjoy The Market Salad!I rated Chick-Fil-A 5 Stars because I strongly believe overall it is a great Business Model for a *********************

      I ordered yesterday from **** eats got a racist driver who refused my delivery and now Im being charged for food I dont get and was disrespected and cursed out about cause he couldnt find my location. I have evidence and proof I just want my money back.

      Chick fil a gives people expired products and undercooked chicken and when I call corporate or the store to fix my issue I get the run around & very nasty attitudes from the ghetto chick fil a cares team.. very frustrating why should I have to pay for expired food ? Im paying for a service
