- Additional Info:BBB was notified by the Georgia Department of Law, Consumer Protection Unit regarding Escrow Services, LLC's Corporation reinstatement filing with the Georgia Secretary of State. Escrow Services, LLC had administratively dissolved in December of 2015.
In November of 2016 the business reinstated the corporation filing changing the Registered Agent to Ms. Frances Warren Hopper. Previously, this title was held by Mr. Henry M. Abelman.
BBB confirmed Escrow Services, LLC is no longer in operation and the owners did not agree to the Secretary of State reinstatement or business operation. Escrow Services, LLC is operating fraudulently based on this information.
