I have made numerous phone calls and documented messages, but the situation remains the same, and my truck is still inoperable.Additionally, I had given the shop a deposit of $13,000 for the repairs, but despite this, I have not received any satisfactory updates or repairs on the truck. The worst part is that my truck is now in worse condition than when I initially gave it to them. This has put me in a bad financial strain, and I have incurred over $20,000 in debt due to this matter. Since the pandemic, my truck was my main means of income, and this whole ordeal has caused me to stop business.I am deeply troubled by this situation, and I urge you to look into the matter and take appropriate action.
