I went to the MouthPeace Dental at the ************, ** location. Please do not use this company for dental work. I have spent over $5,000 on dental services from this location. First appointment was 08/15/2022 and they say that they don't even have a record for the appointment. But my checking account show a withdrawal for over $1300 dollars. From their I have a treatment for all my dental work to be performed. My Upper Left crown fell out and now they said they didn't even do the work. It was the first crown they placed. Then ************** said if I had any problems with any crowns, she would replace them. But when I went back complaining about this crown, ******************** said they didn't do it and informed staff that I should find another dentist. Mind you ******************** messed up another crown on my upper left side and I had been complaining about it. It is not fully on the tooth I had the root canal done on. So It is causing pain. They didn't want to admit the mistake they made and tried to pass it off on my Orthodontist to do an evaluation. (Which I would have to pay for) I asked the office to have ************** contact me to discuss resolving this problem, but I have yet to her from her since 12/13/2023. Now I will have to find another dentist to resolve all their errors and pay for new crowns. I will be finding a lawyer and filing suit against this dental office. I would advise you not to go to this dental company. If you use them, please keep all payment receipts, ask for a written form of any promises they make and keep all statements. Now I have to locate all statements and payment work to file a suit. I will pursue this for my pain and suffering, legal fees and all cost to repair the damage they have done to my mouth, plus lost of work time. I TRULY ADVISE YOU DON'T USE THIS FACILITY.
