On August 19, 2021 I went in for a general cleaning and a young lady, who I had never met before, began cleaning but I had water and saliva running down my cheek and neck. I had to quickly grab the clothe to dry my face.
I had to react several times to make her stop because she would not address the problem. She was so focused on the cleaning that I had to grab the suction myself to spit. After a horrible experience, she stated that Dr. M**** will come to complete the exam. I'm not sure how long I waited but I had to ask the young lady if he was coming to check on me. She left to notify him that I was waiting and when she came back confirmed that he was in his office.
I don't know how long I waited but it felt like more than 15 minutes. I eventually got up and went to check out. As I discussed my concerns at check out, Dr. M**** came out of his office. I then went to the front desk to continue my conversation and that is when Dr. M**** abruptly directed me to speak with him. I explained that because he was not available earlier that I was speaking with someone else. He replied, well I'm here now...talk to me, talk to me. I was trying to be discrete because I didn't want the young lady to hear me but Dr. M**** got loud and moved closer in my face. He got loud and I replied to stop and back up. The receptionist apologized and wanted to know if I wanted to make another appointment in which I replied no, that I will never return to that location. I did advise that I was going to file a complaint because this was not my first concern here but it would be the last.
