    I contracted Coryn ****** Monet owner of Envysaje to make prototypes for my clothing line. The amount was $2,000. The products where due to arrive July 8, 2022. Coryn had several issues come up and the date kept moving on when she could get them to me. I also changed the order I asked for to accommodate and make it easier for her to get the job finished. Coryn set a picture of a **** receipt that said the products would arrive July 12. They never arrived. Then she she said the second shipment would be going out that same week and I got no follow up communication on either shipment.Coryn never sent the products and stopped responding to emails and texts. It is currently August 9, ************************************************** a reimbursement from Coryn ****** Monet of Envysage. Several business owners in *********, ** have reached out and told me that this is very typical to how this young lady conducts business. This is unacceptable.

    I have received the complaint and have responded accordingly. I have also attached an email that was sent to Kirstie this morning stating that her order will be shipped in full by this Friday. Thank you!
