    The Business Entity Meridian Trust continue to send unwanted, not interested, unrequested mailings to purchase my home for at least consecutive 6 months with at least 2 mailings monthly. AFTER TOLD TO STOP ??. Remove from mailing list. This is a pattern and practice of rogue Meridian Trust Home Buyers who the BBB has rated a C- and BBB has received numerous complaints of the same nature from others regarding Meridian Trust being a public nuisance-A PEST! ??

    I keep getting calls and letters from this company asking to buy my property.I told them over the phone I didnt want to sell and to stop calling. Now they send mail. I am tired of this/these companies calling and mailing me. I want them to cease and desist all communications.

    They are sending correspondence to individuals trying to get them to sell the property I reside in. I have no intention of selling ; the individual they are calling have told them they dont have the rights to make nor accept an offer. How many times do we have to tell them that the property is not available. Plus my concern they could be sending this same letter to someone that are not honest because they have not honored the request to quit calling and mailing inquiries. They say if you want to be taken off list press a number that does not work. Now they are sending letters and post cards. What rights does a property owner have.

    Meridian Trust continues to mail offers to buy property I own in ***************** ** to my stepchildren who are listed on an enhanced life Estate Deed. This is also known as a Lady **** deed and is designed to ***************** to them on my death. I have called Meridian Trust and asked that they do not mail these to them as they do not own the property. I have not disclosed the information to my stepchildren as the deed can and may be altered at a time of my choosing. My stepchildren are now calling me as they receive these letters. They come addressed to their home with my name on them. Can you help me stop this? I currently am dealing with an ascending aortic aneurism and will need surgery soon. This is causing me severe anxiety, pain and a worsening medical condition. I will forward a copy of my complaint to my attorney ************************** in ***************** *******. My first action is to seek your help in this matter.
