  Got approved for a $500 loan at explore credit after reading the reviews I decided to cancel the loan 8 hours prior to them depositing the money anyway. They have basically forced me to adhere to their loan their terms their interest rates for a loan that I had canceled 8 hours prior to them putting in the money. The law states if I canceled the loan prior to them putting the money into my account then that's too bad for them I don't owe them anything that's their mistake. They do not have no sign documents they do not have a contract and they certainly do not have legal authority to be in my account not only am I paying outrageous interest on this loan that I canceled then I'm being harassed even on Sunday. Filing a complaint with the *** and hiring a lawyer and I'm suing them stay away from this company I was forced to take alone I did not want and you're in my account every week taking out different amounts of money they're not even taking out the same amount every week they've gotten well over their $500 mistake now they're going to pay for it

  I applied Wednesday and was told I would have funding by Friday, its now Monday and maybe it will be there by tomorrow they said its in the last stages of verification according to them! I promised to pay a couple of crucial bills for Friday, then Monday, I cant keep pushing them off, it was the only reason I even considered getting a loan!

  Their loans arent meant for long term. Theyre meant to get you out of a quick bind and paid back immediately. Ive done 2 loans with them and paid them back in full way before the first payments suppose to come out and havent had any issues. My only complaint is for some reason now Im not able to pull another loan not sure if they changed their process of how they approve loans or what.

  I applied for a loan on April 18 and was preapproved for $500. I then received an email stating that my bank account information was incorrect and that I needed to email them a picture of me holding a drivers license and the last two months of my bank statements unfortunately I did that call them back. They stated that they received them received another email saying that the bank account was still wrong so I called and talked to a representative and verified the bank account, they kept wanting me to give them the full routing number and full banking account information over again once we got that squared away. I got email later that day saying that my funds were deposited. its Tuesday still no funds deposited so I called them and a representative told me that the funds were initiated to a different bank account. I have them close my account and I will eventually change everything but I believe they are frauds and try to steal peoples identity

  I applied for a loan 4 times with EXPLORE CREDIT LOAN I WAS TOLD 4 times I was APPROVED! The first time I was told I entered my asocial security number wrong. The second and third time I was told I applied again too soon. I waited the 10 days I was told to apply and got all the way to the end were they sent me a email stating I was waiting for funding. After calling 3 times I was told the money would be in my account in 24 hours. Then 24 hours later I was told my application was DECLINED! I shared my bank account I information and took a photo with my drivers license information front and back! I am terrified I will be SCAMMED! I am calling the bank right now to change all of my information and may go to another bank all together!!!!! This is wrong and should be investigated!!!! I needed this money for dental work and now have to suffer in pain because they lied to me as bd told me I was approved!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

  They have bank information and was told that theyre doing a verification process and I still havent heard back from them. I sent an email asking for the status and I havent gotten a response.

  I applied for a $500 loan and was approved and signed the loan agreement. They stated they need to confirm my banking info and i spoke with them 3 times to confirm. They stated that they had everything they needed and the next i was told that i was approved bit only for $300. I resigned the agreement and the next day received a text saying I had been funded. That was on Friday 2/7/2025. Today Tuesday, i still have not received any money but received a call and a text wanting to know if everything was ok. I texted and emailed back that i have not received any money and then a couple of hours later received an email stating the denied my request because they could not verify my account despite having whole bank statements. Then had the nerve to tell me to reapply and that it was denied in error, I think not. They are scammers and i told them as such.

  I believe this company is committing fraudulent accounts, I tried to take a loan out, was approved for 350....everything was verified,but the account number and rotating number was different then my own. I alerted them several times, the agent canceled my loan when I spoke on this
