      You would think that in the greatest country on earth they would at least let you talk to a human about your CREDIT. This is our identity! This company doesnt even have the decency to have live **** working to take our very personal information and service us. Its ridiculous! Most of the people in this country have an incorrect credit report and these companies outsource to ROBOTS who cant comprehend! This whole system needs to be done with. The people who created it cant even maintain it. Its exhausting trying to get anything done because these companies are greedy and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

      I signed up online and technical issues so it said call but I called and no one was answering or anything just back and forth ! Horrible way to deal with fraud

      WARNING. SECURITY RISK and NO HELP from www.annualcreditreport.com. In February 2024 I ordered my free annual credit report in their website. You must enter your current address AND your past address if you had resided less than 2 years at the current residence. This is fine. My issue came after I entered both my current and past address---the site confirms and sends your credit report to your OLD address, even if you try to correct it.My credit report is sent to my old address. The website bug defaults the old address as the current one--every single time.I quickly backtracked and tried to contact www.annualcreditreport.com but their phone number is a DEAD END and relays pre-recorded items that loop you to contact Equifax, Experian, and ************ You also receive a boiler plate letter that tells you to contact one of those 3 agencies "if you have concerns" which means www.annualcreditreport.com has no ability to correct their mistake.Ironically, if you're personal financial information was compromised due to THEIR breach, you could check to see if you are the victim of fraud by asking for a free credit report. It was an awful experience.

      I have attempted to receive my credit report, before I gave them all my information, I was under the understanding that it was free. But after receiving all my information they requested a credit card to pay a dollar. If it is free, why are they asking for a credit card number? Is this their way of stealing your identity?
