They won't work with you unless you give them your log in credentials for credit karma. I sent them all my credit report information. Everything to support my case against Citibank visa. They told me I had a case and they can help me. They added I won't get charged anything, they go after the credit card company or credit bureau for their fees. Even after I sent them my credit report which was just pulled by my lender, they still insisted I email them my log in information. I've been told by other lawyers, credit karma, lender and so many other people to never ever hand over your personal log in information.... Heck even the banks warned me not to do this. After a week of going back and forth , today they dropped me saying after the lawyer reviewed my case they don't have a case with me anymore and they're closing my claim. I even contacted the owner Gary bc I have seen so many other reviews with the same issue, Gary would reply stating these people should reach out to him for help. I did and he ignored my email. Total Scam. Yes , they're going to say they've helped thousands. They have good reviews ( probably from themselves, paid for or friends). They can't be trusted.

I also responded to your Google 1 star review, but I am happy to share with you, again, the fact that we need your credentials to review how the credit bureaus respond to the dispute letters that we send on your behalf. We also need your social security number and date of birth. Without these things, we cannot draft dispute letters and clean up your credit report. This was explained to you by my staff numerous times, but you absolutely refused to cooperate with us. If you don't trust your lawyers, then you have selected the wrong law firm. In this case, we were unable to obtain your trust enough to give us this information and thus, we could not help you. This was a decision that you made, not us. We have been fixing credit reports since 2007. We have earned each and every one of our reviews, both positive and negative as each is a legit review. We have earned a 1 star review in the past and frankly, sometimes, we have dropped the ball. Fortunately, we have an average of 4.2 stars because we have many many more clients who are appreciative of our work than those who refuse to cooperate. In this case, I can honestly say, we did not deserve that 1 star because we could not work within the limitations that you have set. In fact, no credit repair law firm or company will work with you if you refuse to provide those Credit Karma credentials. I am sorry that we could not work together, but again, this was purely your decision; not ours.
