    I purchased software from this company in March ************************************* the completion of chapter 7 bankruptcy forms. I purchased an additional review service to ensure the forms were filled out correctly, as well as credit counseling which is required for chapter 7 bankruptcy. The software had many errors. Some of the forms were left blank, and others had information in the wrong places. The means test information for my state was out of date, and the review service failed to catch any of the mistakes caused by the software. I also had to pay an additional fee for the credit counseling, even though I had already paid for that when I bought the software. The company advertised a money back guarantee which I should qualify for given that the software did nothing that it was advertised to do. However, I have attempted to contact the company several times but have not received a response. I would like a full refund of $209.98, the total that I paid for all the services that I purchased.

    The complaint stems from the purchase of an online bankruptcy chapter 7 do it yourself software application that does not work and riddled with errors. I have attempted 4 times by email and telephone to resolve the problems as well as request a refund of the $149 that was paid up front and I have been denied resolution and refund. The company advertises a money back gurantee but will not honor it. The software is out of date and wrong. The data they provide to the user is not up to date with current laws. The software has ongoing errors while processing and does not generate the required court forms as they state is does. none of their following claims prove to be true: We are committed to you successfully getting a discharge in your Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy so...We only use current and official forms created by ***************** Bankruptcy Court.We frequently update our software to comply with current and future requirements of the Bankruptcy Court including means test data.
