I received multiple phone calls from individuals identifying as employees of Delinquent Management Solutions using numbers ************ and ************.They threatened to place a lien on my personal vehicle and referenced my private license plate number and home address.When I asked for written validation or company info, they hung up.I mailed a certified letter disputing the alleged debt, and they have not responded.I am requesting that this company stop all contact and harassment immediately.Initial Complaint

I received a recorded message to Call ***** ****** at ************. I called the number and a man picked up stating legal department and that was all. He stated that he needed my number to pull up my account. I then hung up. I then received a call from ************ and the person stated that I will be taken to court and they would get my ***, I then asked for company name, and told them that they could not threaten a law suit per the Fair Debt Collections Act and that again I wanted the company name and they hung up. Delinquent management solutions had called me saying that I owed money and that i would be arrested this afternoon and the so called person is ****** ***** phone number is ******************** she told me how ignorant I was and I did not call her any name or call her out of her name.and this all took place on 12-3-2024 around 8:30 am..she needs to be FIRED....Initial Complaint

This company workers keeps calling my phone with verbally aggressive language. Like all the other complaints I have read, this company won't leave me alone. They call at least 3 to 4 times a day, starting as early as 0500, they call my employer and ask for me continuously. They call from several different phone numbers, so its hard to tell that its them calling. They are the absolute rudest people I have ever talked to!!! They make treats such as they will issue a warrant for my arrest, I will be arrested at work (because they "know where I work"). I have been told not to pick up the soap when I get arrested and go to jail. I have been called a liar, a thief, and asked why cant I just woman up and admit that I have already spent my whole pay check when asked repeatedly to pay them off in full. They have made my life a living h*** from the moment they started calling me. My bank also flagged them as fraudulent activity, because they tried putting 2 withdrawals at the same time, when I only agreed to one of them. This caused my bank to place a stop payment on all future electronic withdrawals, so when they tried taking more money the transactions were declined. I have had to get a new debit card issued from my bank. They call claiming to be from Clark County Criminal/Prosecutions Office with more lies on top of lies. Every time they call the amount I owe goes up and up, according to them because its an interest accruing account. I want them to leave me alone and I want what ever money I owe to be abolished due to all the harassment and mental distress they have caused me.Initial Complaint

Rec'd v/m from a *************** stating trying to contact me. Stated trying to col!ect, money.for check n go. Accused me of check fraud, had info I had acct w *********** and check was either returned or no acct. Never gave me any dates or other information. When I tried to get info and told *************** I was living on Social Security and unable to make pymnts. She stated I had SS at time which is incorrect. I Also stated incorrect bank info. She rep!ied I was getting aggressive and hung up. I was contacted by this business asking to verify personal information and that I was being sued for a bill from a business in ****. They refused to give me account numbers, amounts due, correct name and address of company. I called back and manager and every employee were rude and ignorantly disrespectful and hung up. I feel they are taking peoples information to commit fraudulent behaviors. I want answers and an investigation into this company.Initial Complaint

I received a voice message from debt collector named *******. I was questioning that I don't recall anything in that balance and needed to know who the creditor was. Very rude. After I made the settlement payment, I received a docusign with a gmail address. That's why I was questioning how legit this business claim to be. I called the 800 number provided not expecting the same person to answer. He started going into detail that I was holding him back from picking up his wife and started threatening me with court. I was so flustered and just hung up because he said I was holding him back and he's going to reverse my payment to see me in court. After reviewing the creditor on the document, I just can't track down where the original debt came from. I'm just so upset that I sincerely don't even remember this debt and has no right to question what this debt is!
