My LLC had a contract with *************** Services. ******* breached the contract by not performing the services contracted for and for improper and inaccurate billing practices. We attempted to resolve the is*** with the regional sales representative. There was a limited, but incomplete attempt to resolve by them. Per the terms of the contract, we contacted *******, in writing, to resolve the is***s. They did not resolve the is***s over approximately 60-days after being contacted in writing. Their actions were harming my business. We then moved to terminate the contract per the terms of the contract, in writing, although Aramark was in breach. We notified Aramark in writing (per the terms and conditions) and notified the regional sales representative. We received a final bill and paid it. The regional sales representative picked up *******'s equipment and told our general manager there was nothing else that needed to be done. We provided copies of the two letters to the regional sales representative and a copy of our online account that said "paid in full". He was very passive aggressive with us terminating but said nothing else needed to be completed. Approximately two months later, we began receiving letters and calls from CFM Group LLC, from a phone number of ************** stating that we were in breach of contract with Aramark. We attempted to explain the situation to - two different CFM employees. Both told us they didn't care, and we needed to pay an outstanding balance for breach of contract, they told me they would *** my business and made other threats. I told them per title 15 U.S.C. subchapter **** I did not want them contacting my business. They said they didn't care and have continued to call and harass my general manager and myself, telling me I needed to put the balance on a credit card or I would regret it. I have attempted to speak with *******, but they refuse to address the is*** and I believe are colluding with CMF group.
