      Today is July 19, 2025 and I have been calling Aldridge pite Haan, LLP to make payment for days and I get nowhere I put in my APH File Number;******** and it says my number doesnt match the file they have for me to pay. I have another issue with the remaining amount. I was ordered to pay $199.00 every month on the 20th of each month. I made my first payment of $200 on the 4th of June 2025 and the remaining balance says $1,924.89 which is incorrect due to a signed agreement of $0 interest, $0 attorney fees. My remaining balance should say $1,791.89. I need help getting in contact with these people because I dont want them to say I neglected our initial court agreement.

      I have been trying to call this place for the past 5 months to get my balance from them (no payments or balance information was displayed on their website). Every time I have called, the *** has said they don't have access to my account and they would have someone "higher up" call me back. No one EVER calls me back!They finally updated their site so that your balance and the most recent payment are visible. OF COURSE, my balance is incorrect. It is off by $121.00!!! I have detailed records of every payment I have made to them. My balance is supposed to be $2100.00, but they have it as $2221.00!I want this corrected! I am not paying them ONE CENT more than I have to. I want this updated on their site to reflect my true balance. As I have said, I have a detailed record and screenshots of my payments! It is not my problem that they don't have proper bookkeeping. This needs to be fixed!

      I have not contacted an attorney about this. I have called you guys several times trying to figure out what is going on with my balance and every time I am told a "higher up" has to call me back. I have never gotten a call back. I've spoken with ******, ******* and Breeti recently. All three said the same thing. They cant see my balance and someone would call me back. I have not contacted an attorney about this. I feel like this is yet another attempt to brush me off. The balance showing on their website is off and I want it corrected. I have details about every payment Ive made and I KNOW what my balance is supposed to be. They need to fix it!

      They always say someone is going to call back and they never do! I have called multiple times and NEVER gotten a call back. Not once!!! These people are scammers!!! And I am ****** at ******* One for forcing me to interact with these garbage people!!! I do not want a call back. I want an adjustment to my account. I owe you $2100.00! Again I have detailed records of what I've paid and how much I owe. If you weren't such a garbage scamming company, you'd have proper bookkeeping skills! Right now on your website, it says I owe $2221.00. That is NOT correct! It needs to say that my current balance is $2100.00.

      Just FYI, you will not be getting a single cent more than $2100.00 from me. So adjust my account!!! I do not want anymore fake promises of a call back because I know you are lying. Scammers do that! ADJUST MY ACCOUNT!!!

      Every employee who works in there is very rude and unprofessional, this company does not want o negotiate for repayment just want to file in court for judgment to garnish your wages with out the ability for you to set a paym nt plan. They never respond to your mail or phone calls and take you to court and never prove to any one they have the legal right to collect on this debt. THIER reviews show that this is been going on for a very long time and no one is helping. My next step is to reach out local authorities and the news to put this company on the radar to show how poor and unethical they are

      SET UP PAYMENTS BEGINNING IN NOVEMBER 2024. DOWN PAYMENT MADE WITH SUBEQUENT PAYMENTS MONTHLY SINCE. BALANCE DUE IS HIGHER AMOUNT THAN IT SHOULD BE.       My mother ******* K ********, who is 87, had a past due account which was picked up by Aldridge, Pite, Haan. Last Feb, 2024 an agreement was reached to settle the debt by making monthly payments of $146 for 24 months. These payments were set up as reoccurring monthly payments through her banking account. There has been no problems with the schedule and amount paid until the May 2025 payment. Instead of $146 going to the agency, a check for $1460.03 was sent out instead. First assumptions were that my mother had made an error but amid on going investigations with the bank that is not the case. I have been trying to contact Aldridge, Pite, Haan to verify that they indeed received the overpayment. I have sent numerous emails, left multiple voicemails, and left my number for the next available agent to return my call. I have also called, and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, spoken with a representative, who immediately put me on hold and I was disconnected. I called back and waited another 30 minutes only to speak with the same representative who took my number and promised a return call from the agent in charge of the account. This has been going on for two weeks now and I am still unable to speak with anyone or get a response to my numerous emails. It appears either the bank has made an error with the payment or this firm somehow withdrew the money overpayment from the account. With this unexpected overpayment my mother is now unable to pay her other living expenses for the month. It is disgusting that this agency cannot return a call or email and refuses to help us rectify this error. I have POA to speak on behalf of my mother and this is on record with the firm.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Though we do not understand how the error was made in the payment for $1460.03, we do accept that this payment does satisfy the agreed upon terms, totaling $3500 to clear the account.

      However, prior to identifying the error in the payment made of $1460, another payment of $146 was process on the account.  This made the total payment on the account $3650, which is $150 over the agreed upon amount of $3500.  We are simply requesting the refund of $150 and a letter stating the account has been satisfied.   I understand you have already sent us a letter documenting the debt has been satisfied and if we can get the overpayment of $150 returned, we will most certainly agree that this matter has been resolved. 

      This would have been much simpler if someone would have actually responded to my numerous emails, voicemails, and direct calls to your office.  However, I do appreciate the response to this complaint to the BBB and I am hopeful we can get the $150 refund processed in a timely manner.

      I have never heard of aldridge pite haan until i received court papers for them. I have tried calling them everyday since I received the court papers to work out a payment plan or a settlement offer and I have yet to get anyone on the line. I have even tried to leave a message with them, and they have never called me back. I would like to take care of this without going to court because I don't want to have to cover court costs like the letter says I am going to have to because I don't have the extra money to do that. I would just like for someone to reach out so I can handle this.

      I've called this ******* **** Haan everyday 3 to 5 times a day for a week and every time I finally speak with someone they tell me that they can't discuss the case and that they will have someone call me back. They're the ones that put a lien on my house from what I'm not sure because no one will discuss this with me or call me back. So frustrating and not sure why they are in business.

      I had a debt incurred in my name by my now deceased husband. I received documents about going to court being sued for the debt. I contacted the office paid $300 and verbally agreed to a payment plan. I was supposed to be sent documents to sign and begin making payments. I tried multiple times to contact the office regarding agreement and never received anything. I contacted the court and they stated I should wait on agreement to make any additional payments. Months later I am now having to take off work and go to court simply because I never received documents virtually or by mail and could not reach them at any point to resolve this. It is ridiculous. If I hadn't filed an answer months ago, they would have just gotten a judgement against me recently and all of this could have been avoided.

      I keep getting Job Alerts from ********** for this company Aldridge Pite, LLP and I have actually applied a few Months ago. I did NOT get the Job which I am totally Qualified for but that is not the issue. The issue is that an Attorney from their Office Aldridge Pite Haan, LLP, acting on behalf of ******************************, P.O. **************************** sent a person to MY HOME to SUE ME with a Summons at my home on March 26, 2026 for a 5 Year Old CLOSED ACCOUNT that I had with a Vendor. This account has been CLOSED for OVER 5 years so what does this Company do? Do they Post FALSE JOBS on INDEED and then Search for Old Accounts for the Applicants that Submit their Resumes and then Sue them for the Money on the Closed ACCOUNT? I don't Owe the Money that they submitted the SUMMONS for a Lawsuit for a Closed Account and I an Not Paying it. I looked up the Attorney that supposedly works for this company and I don't even see her name LISTED???? I took time out of my Work Day to go to the Courthouse to ****** a SUMMONS from ************************, *********** # ****** on March 31, 2025. I have NOT Heard a Word from this person since then. I called the office on March 31, 2025 to Discuss this SUMMONS and NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I am VERY UPSET because I applied for a JOB posted on ********** from this Company and this is what I get in Return Instead of a JOB????I Mailed My Response back to this **** A. ****** on March 31, 2025 at 12:29 p.m. regarding the Summons that I received and I have the receipt from the ************ The Address that I sent my Response to from the Courthouse is P.O. *****************************. This is Outrageous --Today, I got another Alert from ********** that this same company is hiring for a Remote Job. Please DO NOT Post Jobs like you are hiring and then Look Up Citizens Names for Accounts that you can possibly COLLECT on that Have been Closed for Many Years!!!! What is the meaning of this?????       I am rejecting this response because: I have NOT received ANY Correspondence from this Business and when I spoke to an Agent on May 1, 2025 No Arrangements were made on this Closed Account.  This is a Closed Account that your business picked up and trying to collect on.  I still Remain that I do NOT owe this amount of money for this account to Home Depot.  I have NOT received anything in the mail regarding a Reasonable Settlement or Payments for a Reasonable Settlement that is NOT the amount that your company is trying to collect from me on a CLOSED Account that you searched for and found in my name.     I don't have Time to go to a Hearing regarding this.  I told your Agent that I was willing to resolve this Without going to a Hearing that I do NOT have to take time out of my day and work to attend.   

      Please provide a Reasonable Amount for me to pay on this CLOSED ACCOUNT that is NOT what is listed on the Summons.  I do NOT owe Over $2,000.00   and I am adamant about that.   Additionally, I have called your Office and NO ONE answered the phone.  I was kept on hold for Over 30 Minutes.  I don't have time for that and yes --- ********************** Jobs on Indeed  and before I applied for the Job -- I never Heard of your company or received ANYTHING regarding this Closed Account.   I am still Disputing this Amount because I did NOT spend that.

      I have been trying to set up a payment plan with with Aldridge Pite and Haan for weeks now. The phone just rings without anyone ever answering. When you go to the option to keep your place in line and receive a call back you never do. The one time I was able to get through to a representative two and half weeks ago they just said someone will call me back. I don't fault them at all for the position I put myself in, in terms of my debt. But if you are going to offer payment options on your website and not allow people to do so to get them into a courtroom and pay more is just foul business practices. This is the reason why they have 1.3 stars on their ****** reviews. Only 8 out of 93 reviews are over 3 stars. All I simply want to do is work out a payment plan to pay
