              As a Customer, wasn't able to use the Restroom, they claimed they didn't have one, but looked doors in facility.

We only have one open. Perhaps there was an issue with that one during the time you were visiting. Availability of clean restrooms is very important us and we are spending many thousands of dollars to provide a refreshed space for our valued customers.
