1 starJust got a credit card with this company and it is by far the WORST company to ever get a credit card . They have been charging me late fees and when I call they say they will credit the late fee to my account , THEY NEVER DO . I have been getting charged late fees and interest on fees I did not even know existed . Paid off full balance and due to them never crediting the late fee , BOOM late fee again THIS IS RIDICULOUS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE . THE AMOUNT OF ERRORS ON BEHALF OF THESE PEOPLE IS OUT OF PROPORTION.Carter's Inc

1 starWas a customer for years. Ordered apperal 10 mins after ordering realized it was shipping to old address contacted them to stop shipment. They wouldn't told me contact carrier. Contacted carrier 3 times not to deliver well they did anyways and now I'm being chargers for items I never received. After having a credit card with them for over 10 years I have now canceled. Horrible customer service credit card company is just as bad. Do not purchase clothes from them not to mention half the products are cheap and don't lastCarter's Inc

1 starmy shipping address got mixed up. I contacted them immediately after the order was placed. The customer rep told me to wait 30 minutes since I just placed it. 30 minutes later they said because the order was in process already they couldn't change it therefore I had to wait till the order got shipped out and contacted them back to change it. When the order shipped out guess what they said they couldn't do anything since it had been shipped. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS, SO INCONSISTENT AND NOT HELPFUL!Carter's Inc

1 starI will never ever shop at Carter's again. They lie to you and play games. I ordered clothing for my grandbabies online, the merchandise was in stock. I was very excited to get the items and take them with me during the holidays to my grandbabies. I received emails stating the order was on the way. The day I was to expect the package to arrive, I instead received am email that read "my order was cancelled." What!!!!!!!! The package was on the way. No prior notice from Carter's, no phone call, nothing. This was a dirty dirty trick they play on customers. Don't have to worry about me shopping there again. I am done. Carter's is not a good company to do business with. When I called Carter's all they said was, "I am sorry but the items are out of stock." Then why were the items available online when I initially placed my order? Something's not wrong. I am done with this company. They play games with people's time, and money.Carter's Inc

1 starI had to keep reordering what I needed as Carters kept canceling my order. The first time it was lost in transit & the second time I was told items were out of stock even though they were shown online. I finally ordered in a larger size & am still waiting for that order to arrive20 days still waiting. One order was credited back to my account & the other I was given a gift card I dont want. I complained but got no satisfaction. Do not order from this company!!!!Carter's Inc

1 starCarters till last month had an option to place orders online for customers. Meaning if you saw something that you liked in store, but with the wrong size. They could order it for you and ship to your house or store. Now for clearance they do not offer this option anymore. They can only place orders for doorbusters and full priced items (which they have available in store always because they are freaking expensive).The only option now is be lucky to find the right size or order online and pay for shipping. Online prices are often higher than in-store.Sad they ended this useful feature, I always need the sizes they do not have.Worst part is they didnt even let the customers know in advance. Spent sometime looking for something, went to the store just to be told we cannot do this anymoreWont be going backCarter's Inc

1 starPlaced a pick-up order. Email said pick up by 8/7. Called the store on 7/31, was told the order had already been returned! No apology at all! Since the item was out-of-stock, the order cannot be placed again. Called customer service, the "Supervisor" Brianna said either go to the store to pick up or refund. Again, no apology at all. The whole conversation was like it was my fault, and they are doing big favor to refund the order. Totally disappointed how Carter's treats their customers, and how rude the customer service is!!Carter's Inc

I was on their website that I have ordered from previously with the exact same card( with appropriate funds) and my card kept getting declined but the message never stuck around long enough for me to find out why. Eventually I just went to Target for easier service for less price for the the same quality.Carter's Inc

1 starLiars. Harassers. Thieves. No customer service. Stay away from Carter's. They use cheap, thin material to make over-priced clothes that have manufacturing defects; from holes in the material to open stitches, their quality is subpar which is not reflected in their increasing prices. Anything labeled 'Osh is actually 2 sizes smaller than the size stated on the tag and their management thinks it's perfectly okay to mislead customers into purchasing mislabeled clothing. Beware: if you create an account with Carters they will ask you for a contact number and personal information to use in their reward program. Sounds nice, right? Well, what they don't tell you is customer service can use this contact number to call and harass you at any time. Shocking? It should be as this was the first company to harass me and I faithfully patronized them until last year. True story. If you return an item, do NOT accept a gift card for the store. Make Carter's reimburse how the purchase was made. Why? I'm glad you asked. If you return an item for any reason and they put it on a gift card, then they don't reimburse the tax that was paid. Clever trick on their part to steal money from hard-working people. Do NOT call or email Carter's to complain about their manufacturing defective clothing because they will ignore you. Know that it is nothing personal. Why is a 7 year loyal customer now shopping elsewhere? Carter's lost 70 items of clothing and ignored UPS claims and has yet to reimburse for all the lost items. Would you patronize a company that treated you like that? I would hope not. There are other manufacturers' of children's clothing that are better quality at reasonable prices. Facts are: I paid for goods. The goods had manufacturing defects. ******** refused to allow damaged goods to be returned for 2 years. Due to negligence, ******** almost lost the clothes twice but I saved them. The clothes were mis-delivered or stolen and ******** refused communications from that point on. I have emails to backup all the claims stated.All the missing items were not refunded as stated; see table below as everything without a price wasn't refunded. I have proof of paying $24.02 for the 4-piece race car pajamas set that is missing but yet to be refunded. Consumer Affairs received 135 garments from the consumer, after processing her claim, we refunded all items purchased from 2019 to the current year. This resulted in 74 out of 135 items being refunded. The consumer received a refund check for the amounts paid based on her Rewarding Moment's transaction history. The remaining items were returned to the consumer. The consumer filed a claim with *** but they did not agree with her claim and provided proof of delivery. In the end, we refunded the consumer via gift card for the remaining items she states she did not receive back. The gift card included her state taxes. 1 star50% off entire site and store! ?????? What a joke! Biggest ignorant group of ppl! Entire means all except for CARTERS apparently. Only some of the ENTIRE site and store actually qualify for the 50% off! They send 1000s of emails getting you to order products and then false advertise the actual sale! Beware!
