    On January 13, 2024, I placed an order for six dresses. Of these, I decided to keep four and returned the remaining two due to size issues. ASOS sent me a shipping label via email for **** I packed the items and affixed the label to the package. However, tracking the package has been challenging. As it was dropped off at a standalone *** kiosk, there hasn't been any visible activity. Despite contacting ***, they couldn't provide any information. I reached out to ASOS via their chat line, their sole communication channel, but received no assistance.Initially, I didn't blame ASOS, assuming *** lost the package or it was misappropriated. However, as I'm not the shipper, I couldn't file a claim with *** for investigation. *** suggested I contact ASOS to file a claim so *** can start an investigation, but **** declined to help. Now, I'm starting to suspect ASOS may share some responsibility for the situation. I attached a recent chat transcript showing their refusal to assist. I'm currently out the cost of the two missing items, as well as the returned ones. Although I hadn't noticed negative reviews before, I'm reconsidering future purchases from ASOS if this matter isn't resolved.

    I have been a customer for over 15 years. I made a huge order this morning, went back 15 minutes later to make a change (which they state is ok on normal shipping), and was told I had to pay another full-price shipping fee for one small item add-on. After an hour on hold with customer service. They are greedy and extremely unhelpful. Basically, they don't do what they promise and will take your money regardless. Stay away.
