I paid GoGO Charters for a 50pax bus with bathroom! They informed the day of my event that is broke down so they sent two smaller buses neither had bathrooms. This trip was 3hr each way. One has ** the other did not! The drivers stopped 1st time miles from pick up location and said they would fix ** but they only took a smoke break! My group was still on time for event even with this stop. We get 40 miles from the event driver said he needed gas we are late at this point for the event. The sad thing is the first stop for the ** was at a gas station. Not too long after the rear tire was smoking we stopped again this made us miss the event. The event cost was $130pp. We get to event with less than 30mins left of 2hr time frame. Before we get back on bus two people tell driver that his front tire was low he said what do you want me to do about it blow it up with my mouth. Maybe 10-15mins from event on that tire blows. The cops come and the only way I can get the people home is by ordering Ubers. They total over $1000 from *********************************** back to ************ **. Now this company is saying that they are an outsource middle man (not in their terms and agreement) company and the company that they hired only wants to reimburse for the Ubers. I tried to settle this with them but they are trying to blame me. Even wIth the buses being late when we pulled off at 1pm I had no idea that that the smaller bus was without ** until I started getting calls and text from the riders complaining. Even with that we would have still made it on time and I would still be out of the Uber money. They owe me for the tickets to the event the bus and the Ubers.
