The 2ChainzShop advertised a product on their website for a music CD: "Welcome 2 Collegrove" by 2 Chainz and *****************. It was advertised as a "Signed CD" with pictures and videos on the website that showed both artists hand signing pieces of paper which they led you to believe would be included in your order. The description even reads: "Limited edition Welcome 2 Collegrove CD signed by 2 Chainz and *****************." The sale price was $13.98 each plus shipping. The 2 Chainz store also appears to be related to ********************* as the email address associated with the website is "*********************"Upon receiving the item (order #2chainz4347) and opening the product there was a piece of paper that included a stamp/facsimile signature. It was clearly a stamp because I ordered 4 copies and each copy had identical writing with no discrepancies. There was no indentation from someone actually signing. It was clearly a mass produced stamp and not a real autograph that either 2 Chainz or ***************** signed. I then emailed the 2 Chainz store asking if it was a mistake or if this was what they were trying to pass as a real signature, because if so I would like to return the items due to being falsely advertised. They responded that they would "look into it" after a week passed, I emailed again asking for a return and refund option. They responded that they would send a return label. I waited another week and still received nothing. So I opened a chargeback with my credit card. Its been 2 weeks and they still have not responded to the chargeback or emails with a return label or any remediation. I feel as though they lied with false advertising and videos/pictures of things that were not included in the items I expected when I purchased and they have been less than responsive. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone. I am hoping that a complaint with the BBB will help resolve this issue, and I appreciate your help.
