I used this carwash on 3/27/2023, swiping my credit card at their kiosk. My intention was to purchase a one time carwash. A couple of months later I noticed they were charging me ***** every month for a membership. I made multiple attempts to contact them, with no response. I sent emails to the address on their website, and left voice messages at the phone number that no one ever answered. I had to cancel my credit card to end the charges. I went to the carwash to see if I could speak to someone. The guy at the desk said he had no authority to refund, I'd have to speak to the manager. He said he was not there, but gave me his number. I went home, called the number, no one answered, so I left a voicemail. Later the clerk admitted that the manager was on site while I was there, and that he "mis-spoke" when he told me he wasn't there. When I finally spoke to the manager, he also said he did not have authority to credit more than one month's charges, that I would have to speak to the Regional Manager. I did receive a credit of ***** for one of the three disputed months. I never was able to speak to the Regional Manager. I attempted to reconcile this with my credit card provider, but they also did not respond to my mailed in documentation. I sent it in late August. I called them today to check on my dispute, and they said they had received it soon after I mailed it. They told me they will only reverse charges within the last 60 days. Conveniently, the carwash applied their ***** to the most recent months charge, as I assume they were aware the bank would not reverse the two older charges due to older than 60 days. The kiosk at the carwash has no refund policy displayed, but they do have a flier that states they only refund one month's charges. I only received that flier after lodging my complaint with them. I sent emails on 7/22, 7/25/ 7/31 and 8/21, never received a response to any of those. Charges were 3/27, 4/27, 5/27 and 6/27. The first is legit, the others aren't.
