When my subscription to Calendly was renewed last year in 2022 I changed the setting to Do Not Renew. I would have cancelled the subscription at that time although it did not give me the option so I kept the subscripton for another year. When the renewal in 2023 came around I assumed it would not renew since I opted out of the renewal process. I was surprised when it renewed and the Do Not Renew option was no longer available. The day the subscription renewed I contacted the company to cancel and the only option I had was to downgrade my service and unable to cancel. I requested a refund and they could not and referenced the Terms and Condidionts. The Calendly site does not allow one to remove their credit card or cancel their subscription. The only option would be to cancel the credit card on file which doesn't seem right. This appears to be unfair business practices. Thanks for your time.

Red flag: When I upgraded my Calendly from a free to a paid subscription on July 17, 2023, I immediately lost access to certain things that I had currently been able to access. The ***** number says they don't take live calls and to use their online help access. Since upgrading - I am not able to use the "send us a message" option. My account information is also gone from my profile page and I have to dig for it. I want a full refund. I emailed billing and asked for a full refund, since they misled me, changed my access for the worse, and they have made the business decision to have little to no help services to try to troubleshoot. You would think that upgrading my subscription would have come with some perks, like any kind of customer service. BUYERS BEWARE! I tried calling, emailed billing and they suggested I use the online chat, tried chat (I am still waiting in the chat room - it's been over 2.5 hours and I'm still waiting), tried the online help form - didn't work. So there seems to be no way of contacting a human being.I found a link to my account through one of their help articles and was able to finally downgrade back to a free account and my account profile access came back! They dropped my upgrade services INSTANTLY, but kept my money. That isn't right. At the very least, you need customer service. It feels like no one is at the wheel - they are letting the company/software run itself and take people's money. I'm learning not to do business any more with company's that don't have easy-to-access customer service with human beings. I feel duped and scammed by Calendly. And Calendly, if you read this, I want a full refund!

I WANT A FULL REFUND! I recently deleted my account (i.e. today) with Calendly. I signed up in March and completely forgot about it until I was charged today for the month of April on my credit card ending in ****. Otherwise, I would not have known about reoccurring charges because I did not receive alerts, notifications, or monthly statements alerts. When I attempted to request a refund on the website, the chat bot did not recognize what I was asking for and of course, to no avail I ultimately ended up filing this complaint because any other way of attempting to contact Calendly would result in absolutely nothing occurring. Cancelling my account should have happened sooner, since I only planned to use it for the month of March, which didn't produce the results I was looking for anyways. I would like both months refunded.

The transaction happened on 12/29/2023. They renewed my annual subscription for $96 dollars without any previous message indicating this. At the same time, it is not letting me access my account to cancel future charges. It only gives me an "error message" no option to reset password. I have tried contacting the company online and it only gives me a bot asking me tons of questions, giving me a "reference number" telling me someone from the company will email me shortly and I have not received any email yet. There is no customer services number or email available to contact someone and talk about the problem I'm facing. Without that, I won't be able to log in to my account and therefore, not able to cancel my subscription again for next year.

We pay for premium support and have 5 annual plans with Calendly. We have reached out to them multiple times in e-mail for support, with their support guaranteeing a 24 hour turn around. We have sent 5+ emails for the past 2 weeks and still do not hear back from them. This is not the first time that this has happened and we are constantly ignored by the Company despite paying for it.We are paying for premium support and demand the company provide to us what we are paying for.
