During the 2020 covid pandemic I reached out to Simply Barcodes to help me obtain ***/Bar codes to help me start up my Amazon business. I was reassured by the staff that they worked hand in hand with Amazon and that they knew exactly what was required to help start my business with Amazon. I proceed to purchase $2,000 worth of bar codes with Simply Barcodes and received them no problem. When it came time to add the *** codes into Amazon, I was unable to do so with great difficulty. Amazon told me that the barcodes sold were registered to another corporation and that I would not be able to use them for my Amazon business. I reached out to Simply Barcodes and told them the issue and they reassured me to mention to Amazon that the legal name of the corporation was who the bar codes I purchased from Simply Barcodes was whom the Barcodes belonged to. I referred the information back to Amazon and they told me they could not accept the Barcodes, seeing as they were registered to another company. I once again called Simply Barcodes asking them to refund my money for selling barcodes that were unusable and registered to someone else, telling them I was a start up business and my concerns were laughed off. I still have $2,000 worth of bar codes that I am unable to use and lost my business proposal with Amazon. Buyers be aware of this business and the lack of accountability and misinformation they provide to their clients! They refuse to even address or acknowledge my concerns of loosing $2,000 or provide a partial refund for the mistake solely made on behalf of their Company.I am willing to provide an update to this review pending the company provides a refund and takes accountability for the faulty Barcodes, the lack of customer service for the money spent that was required for my business start up. ****** Story

I had a great experience with this company. I was a complete novice and the on line help was incredibly informative. They sent me my codes quickly and when my company's firewall was refusing zip files, they responded to my email inquiries and resent them multiple time to insure that I received everything that I need in a format that could get through our security. I highly recommend Simply Barcodes.
