      The business is trying to hit me with the 10cm scratch on rim scam, on right side passenger rear. There was never pick up or return photos conducted together with the business and I . I just picked up the vehicle and dropped off the vechicle. No one did an inspection with me together. The bogus pictures look very dark and un clear. I can't see any damages at all. I had the *** x1 from the 08/21/25 to 08/25/25. The car was parked in a parking garage of the *********************************** most of the time. I never parked by any curbs. I never had a rental company do this before. I see other reviews online complaining about the same 10cm rim repair charge. Below is photos they took when i was not there.

      I rented a car from Sixt at the *************** from April *****, 2025. I did not have any accidents during this period, and I did not see any damage to the vehicle when I returned it. The Sixt employee who checked me in also did not identify any damageto the vehicle. A few hours after I returned it, on the same day (April 17), I received a paid invoice for completing the rental. Then on April 22, I received a letter from Six indicating that they did a scan of the vehicle and claimed that the scan identified damage that occurredduring the rental period and that I owed $1955, which included multiple different types of charges. I was shocked to receive this since there was no damage noted during the return process. I then filed a claim with my credit card company, which has some rental car coverage. The credit card company paid $625.00 to Sixt based on the damage, and they do not cover any diminished value fees. I then received a bill from Six on 6/5 for $1,450. I am refuting that there was damagedone to the car, since I was not in any accidents, and no damage was noted at the time of return. Even if there was any damage, it was not visible, since neither I nor their staff noted any damage during the return. Therefore, even if there was some minor damage, the amount that my credit card company has paid should more than cover what is needed. Therefore, I am disputing ****** **** for an additional $1,450 due to unscrupulousbusiness practices.

      Please please please DO NOT rent any type of vehicle from this company PERIOD!!! They are scammers. I rented a car from them and all the tires were bald and the vehicle would shake and was very hard to keep straight. They told me to park it and dont worry about the gas. They caused us to waste 2 days of our vacation. The send day about *** they had a tow company bring us another vehicle which was dirty and had scratches on it . Now Im being harassed by **** to pay for all the damages that were already there. I went on the BBB site to apply my information and this is where I saw that this company is notorious for scamming people like they are trying to do me. Please go rent from National or one of there sister companies. Avoid Sixt at all cost!!!The money I paid should have been refunded but instead they are harassing me to pay for damages someone else caused or possibly the tow guy. I have called to speak with someone and all they keep doing is hanging up on me several times. This just cant be legal for what this company is doing. I have asked them to stop harassing me and it got worse its all a game to them. Please contact me I have overwhelming amount of emails harassing me for damages that were clearly documented as already being reported. Yet they are blaming me I guess because I stated that they issued me a death trap and could have harmed me and my family. This company needs to be shut down.

      My cell phone has been hacked, and thus my phone hasn't been working. The hacker has attached a +2 number to my phone, so i have changed my number.Anyway i called sixt rental car previously, but they couldn't find my rental car. My glasses broke, but because my phones got hacked again, i haven't been able to schedule ophthalmologist appointment. The phone hacker wouldn't let me attach that weird number the phone hacker has been attaching to my phone number where people can't hear me over the phone, so i need until 3/20/2024 to set up a appointment with a ophthalmologist and get a new pair of glasses, and i will gladly pay for all rental car charges.
