            CalTek came to our home on 4/13 to repair washer however they were unable to complete repairs because the water shutoff valves were frozen. Sent me a quote to complete repairs on 4/14 and on 4/18 a plumber resolved the issue with the water shutoff valves to the washer. On 4/18 called CalTek and advised the repairs had been completed and was told I would be contacted on 4/20 for rescheduling. Called them on 4/20 and left a voice mail, also sent a text message and an email and have not heard back from them. Attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful as their mailbox is full. Paid them $125.00 for the service call on 4/13 and would like a full refund.
