It's unfortunate to report the management of this apartment complex has failed to deliver the respect my roommate and I deserve as new residents. We've submitted EIGHT complaints to the management office about our neighbors causing constant disturbances such as abrupt noises on a daily basis, disposing cigarette ashes and butts on our front doorstep and the unit below us, and verbally threatening us twice. - Disturbing noises occur daily and mostly past courtesy hours. Times recorded include anywhere from 11:20 - 12:54PM, 6:22 - 7:06AM, etc. ******** calls are made to the courtesy officer yet the neighbors choose to ignore his requests.- The Reserve at ********* Paces is a "smoke free" community but dozens of cigarettes have been disposed in our walking areas.- One of the occupants verbally threatened my roommate while imposing she "shouldn't be messed with" in response to a courtesy knock. Then again on a future date.After the third complaint filed to the management office, we were advised to capture pictures, videos, or audio of the issues and report the files through email. Since then, SIX emails have been sent to management and over 30 files have been captured to help our case. The only response we've received is that the neighbors would be sent a message, of which they were but nothing has changed, or we could move...Also, the maintenance team marks our maintenance requests as "completed" when they haven't stepped foot inside our apartment. Imagine your garbage disposal being broken for weeks, simply because maintenance could care less to tend to the issue.We've spoken with the Assistant Manager on the problems with the neighbor, but apparently there's nothing more he can do after sending messages asking them to stop. We're thankful attempts to solve the issue were made, but nothing has changed and the neighbors continue to violate lease agreements.We've requested a meeting with the Manager of the apartment complex, but she has no care to respond.
