    Apartment complex is not fixing leak in apartment, it took them a month to fix kitchen outlets so I had my microwave in the living room and couldn't use my oven or stove. There has been a AC leak since January and they don't actually fix the problem just put fans in our apartment or **** water out the hole and say its fixed. as of April the water started to pour out of the ceiling and AC unit I have repeatedly put in request and they keep marking it complete. They came and cut a big hole into our ceiling to release the water but it is still leaking. Our walls are ******** from water damage all the way to the bathroom and with the hole in the ceiling it has more places to drip from and this could potentially expose us to mold. We have no cold water pressure in The kitchen so our water is boiling hot. Along with the leaks they added a extra utility bill onto my rent when I already pay these bills and is increasing my payment from 1198 to 1321, this got added in February and I moved in September. I do not feel like this apartment is worth it, I no longer want to live here. Breaking the lease is over 2000 and I do not feel like they should receive anything for a beat up Apartment.

    I am filing this complaint regarding my former apartment residence managed by THE LEGACY AT DRUID HILLS at the time of my tenancy in 2022. I am seeking resolution and accountability for a serious financial discrepancy that occurred during my move-in process and was never addressed, despite multiple attempts and clear evidence on my part. In 2022, I applied for and was approved for an apartment while I was pregnant. The property manager at that time, ***** ******, handled my application and move-in. When it came time to move in, I was told I needed to pay a security deposit totaling $3,084 an amount listed on the official move-in statement, which I have in my possession. However, when reviewing my lease later, the "Deposit" section showed $0.00 as the required deposit. Additionally, a payment receipt report, obtained later from the then-current property manager ****** ********* reflected only $500 recorded in the system. This means over $2,500 was unaccounted for. When I brought this discrepancy to Mr. ********* he acknowledged the issue and even confirmed that ***** ****** was no longer employed with the company due to stealing from multiple residents. I also have written proof from Mr. ******** stating that my apartment would be put on hold while they investigated where the money went. In ************** I gave birth to my daughter three months prematurely. She remained in the hospital for three months a very difficult time for me and my family. Despite these challenges, I continued paying my rent and tried to remain in good standing. However, no one from the management resolved the deposit issue. To this day, the situation was never rectified. This deposit discrepancy has now affected my rental history and credit, and I am seeking to have it formally acknowledged and corrected.

    I made a complaint to the property manager in November 2024 concerning a maintenance worker was seen on my doorbell camera I reported it to the property manager who ignored the issue, downplayed it. Even reported it to the regional manager nothing was done until I escalated it to officials the president. After he was terminated the regional manager and the property manager still allowed him to have access to company information in which he used to call and make a death threat when I questioned property manager, regional manager and corporate officials they replied that I got from the regional manager. Was he still had access to my phone number because it was listed on a work order in which he still had access to when I questioned corporate officials, the regionalmanager and the property manager how can someone who is no longer employed, still have access to company information. They never replied back. They ignored my questions and concerns. A week later after the deaththreat I get email communication harassment from the same individual. I reached out to corporate officials the property manager and regional manager, even asked the question can he get my email and I told the regional manager that she sent me an email showing that he still had access to the work order that had my phone number, but when I explained to her that my email address is not listed on the work order at that point, she told me to drop it and move on How can you drop something like this when a person was allowed to have access to your personal information to call and make a death threatwhich they got from the apartment complex property manager in regional manager. The property manager, regional manager was mad and upset because I took it to higher up corporate officials therefore, in my belief, they are the oneswho allowed him gave him my information, and the only resolution that they gave me was suggesting that I move from the property.

    I have lived in this apartment complex since October 2023. Since then I have had 2 plumbing leaks in my ceiling that both took a month each to fix. I now have black mold in my air vents to which I notified the leasing office about a week ago and nothing has been done about it yet. The outside lights for my basement apartment have also been out for a week causing it to be pitch black when I go down the stairs to my apartment. This is a major safety hazard considering I cant see to go down the stairs to my apartment. When it rains the water falls to my breezeway causing flooding outside that leaks into my apartment. Ive also talked to many neighbors and people that used to live here that have had similar problems.

    In July I had to break my lease earlier because of safety concerns at the business. Then my mother and I were told that we would receive the security deposit back. For the last few months, we have been trying to contact The Legacy at Druid Hills, but every time we've written an email or called we are told they are either processing it or we get no response. It is now December and it should not take five months to process this security deposit.

    The Legacy at Druid Hills has a ***** infestation! It is not safe for occupancy. I video evidence of the unlivable conditions. There was literally over 300+ ***** in one unit. I spoke with other tenant who have complained about submitting work orders for someone to come spray and they have not been heard. I didn't feel safe so I immediately moved out.

    I moved into this apartment complex a week ago. My first night here, while eating dinner with my 3yo son, a ***** ran across his foot. Since then I have seen roaches all over the house. *** made several attempts at contact the leasing office. Ive emailed, at their direction, the leasing manager. No one has replied to attempted to help resolve my problem. I was asked to pay to get the apartment bombed and wait 3-4 weeks to see what happens. I wont subject myself or my two sons to this disgusting environment. My calls are now being ignored by the leasing office.

    I moved into my apartment on 10/01/22. There were roaches and a broken light. I was told that the pest company came three times. As of today 11/19/22still have roaches and the light is still broke. Also for no reason the lock on my mail slot was changed. When to office they had no idea. I asked if they had keys they stated no.Took over a week to get my mail. Want to move due to discussing living conditions.
