May 5, 2025, during an office visit with ******* *****, the new owner of Precision Hearing, ***** said he would check us in and file our hearing-aid cleaning services -but he never did. Under ******** and ******** policy, providers must properly check patients in, which ***** failed to do. ******** does not give away freebies.Had he properly checked us in that day, my fathers benefits from last year could not have been resubmitted this year a failure that directly allowed the duplicate billing to go through, completely draining my elderly disabled fathers 2025 insurance coverage. This is how the scam works: when a provider fails to check a patient in, it allows an old claim to be recycled and billed again draining benefits for the new year without the patients knowledge or consent. That same day, my father was denied both a hearing aid and access to his benefits. A few weeks later, we discovered that a 2024 claim had been re-submitted, which wrongly consumed all his 2025 insurance benefits. As a result, my father lost his annual coverage and was left without the hearing aid he desperately needs.***** also gave conflicting statements: in the police report, he claimed he did not have access to my fathers personal information. Yet under oath in court, he admitted that he did. Both statements cannot be true, raising serious questions about his credibility. He also stated my father was at Precision Hearing on April 16, 2025, but my father and I were out of town that day making his statement impossible. This situation reflects duplicate billing, false claims, and potential exploitation of an elderly patient. If you or a loved one experience anything similar, report it immediately. This review is supported by official billing records and documentation.
