      I engaged with this company in August 2021 to help with finding a job in the healthcare industry. They advertised of their ability to help with rsums and interviews with companies. I paid a fee of $149.99 and another fee of $19.99. After 5months with no interviews I requested stop payment. I only received emails in a foreign language that I could not read. I have tried contacting Medreps.com on their website and my request for a refund of all monies will not send and I receive an error message. I received one month of reimbursement because I contacted my credit card company. Medreps stopped billing me in April of 2022. I have still not been able to reach them by phone and/or email.

      Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you feel you did not have a positive experience with MedReps, I took a look at your account, and wanted to follow up on a few items in your note.

      First, our records show that you were billed $19.99 for your recurring one month subscription beginning on August 20, 2021, with your last billing on November 22, 2021. We do not have a record of a payment for $149.99, nor do we have service offerings that would come to a total of $149.99. If you have a payment receipt for this payment, please send it our way and I am happy to investigate deeper.

      Second, the first and only cancellation request our team has on record was from December 18, 2021. You can cancel at any time online within your MedReps account, but this request was received from you via email. Our team responded on December 20, 2021, and the communication we shared was attached. Our team is all located in *****************, and does not communicate with customers in languages other than English. We strive to respond to all customer inquiries via our website form, emails to [email protected], and phone calls within one business day. 

      Per our terms of service, our team was not able to issue a refund at that time, since your request was more than one business day after your most recent payment (your most recent prior payment was November 22,2021). They were, however, able to cancel your subscription so you were not subject to further ********. Attached is a copy of your billing history, directly from our payment processor. If you believe you were still being billed, please provide any other email addresses or names you may have had other accounts under. The last 4 digits of the billed card may also help us investigate.
