  If I could use a negative star I would do not use these people they are thieves. I hired them to transport my motorcycle from ******** to ** . After three attempts they finally did that was just the start of the nightmare. First off they quoted me 525 I put 125 down they charged my card 128 but whatever. After they picked up the motorcycle around 10am that afternoon I get a phone call from supposedly the driver 250 more for a dot fee he said or he will put my bike in storage at 125 a day I said no that wasn't the agreement. That was Friday it was only supposed to take them 2 to 3 days . Monday I call cheap auto transport and talked to ***** he says I was nasty his words and my bike was in storage and he wouldn't tell me where. The fee was 900 plus 250 plus ********************************************************so this goes back and forth a couple weeks so I reported it to the **** and filed a report for theft . At the time I had no insurance on it because I just purchased it ive tried everything ********* .channel 13 news .police no one will help me its been a month now and they still won't give me the bike they want me to send either a wire transfer or zelle .all I can say is read the reviews on this company i wished I had im not the only one they have done this to and dont give them a deposit either they will take it and never get it back Bottom Line THEY ARE THIEVES...PLEASE I BEG DONT USE THEM THEY SHOULD BE ARESTED.

  We appreciate the opportunity to address Mr. ********* concerns and provide clarity regarding this shipment.The facts are:We paid the carrier $1,150 in advance to transport his motorcycle The customer has repeatedly refused to complete payment as agreed We have documentation showing fabricated screenshots/receipts submitted by the customer The bike remains safely with the carrier pending full payment We stand by our guarantee: upon receipt of the remaining balance, we will immediately instruct the driver to release the motorcycle. This is standard industry practice - carriers cannot deliver goods without full payment.Regarding the allegations:All fees were clearly stated in the contract he signed The $250 DOT fee is a standard carrier requirement we don't control Storage fees only accrued after he refused payment for weeks We have full documentation of all communications We've successfully transported thousands of vehicles and take all complaints seriously. In this case, the delay is entirely due to the customer's refusal to honor his contractual obligations despite our multiple good faith efforts to resolve the situation.We invite BBB to review our complete documentation showing:Signed contract with payment terms Carrier payment confirmation Customer payment history Fraudulent submission evidence We remain ready to release the motorcycle immediately upon receipt of payment as originally agreed.

  Complete scam outfit. Advertises super low prices, take reservation and then the nonsense starts. Set appointment to pick up the car and then the driver never shows up. Calls go to a ****** phone line. Claim driver will show up the next day, but then Driver then demands more money to show up. Then when you tell them to go away they claim you owe them a cancellation fee. Complete sxam

  Never Trust Cheap Auto Trans.......I had a frustrating experience with this company and unfortunately cannot recommend their services. I was quoted and agreed to a total price of $900 to ship my car from *******, AZ to **********, ** with $150 due at pickup and $750 at delivery.However, one hour before delivery, the driver called demanding $800, claiming that was the agreement with the broker. When I contacted the broker, he admitted they changed the amount without notifying me and asked me to sign a new contract for $950, assuring me that the extra $50 would be refunded via Zelle. Trusting his word, I signed the revised contract under pressure and paid the driver $800.After delivery, I asked for the promised $50 refund, but the broker ignored my request and instead asked me to write a fake positive review in exchange for the refund. When I declined and asked again for my money back, he stopped responding altogether.This experience felt dishonest and manipulative. They changed terms last minute, broke a promise, and tried to leverage a refund for a fake review. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and look elsewhere for a car shipping service.

  "I contracted Cheapautotrans Inc. (Order #********) on June 24, 2025, to transport my 2014 Kia ******* Prior to signing, I fully disclosed that the car might need a jump and that pickup was on a public street, which they confirmed was 'no problem' at the agreed price of $500.00.However, Cheapautotrans Inc. immediately engaged in deceptive tactics. After paying an initial $100, I was coerced into paying an unauthorized additional $200 (total $300 paid) for a 'dispatched driver' who never appeared. A supervisor then tried to force me into a new contract for $1200, a clear bait-and-switch, attempting to unilaterally cancel our original agreement.When I pushed back, they became evasive. I sent a formal, notarized Demand Letter on July 10, 2025, via certified mail and email, outlining their breach and my intent to file complaints with regulatory bodies. Despite this, their representatives provided conflicting and invalid company addresses, and again tried to unilaterally terminate the *********** of today, July 21, 2025, my car remains un-transported. I have paid $300.00 for services not rendered and am incurring significant additional costs for alternative transportation and parking due to their failure. This company exhibits a pattern of misleading communication, unauthorized charges, and a complete disregard for contractual obligations. I strongly advise against using Cheapautotrans Inc. Save yourself the financial loss and immense frustration."

  This company scammed me and stole my car. They tried to scam me out of $1600 claiming to be introuble with the **** They sent me a fake DOT letter telling me to pay within 30 minutes. The police said it was fake and not to pay them. Everything traced back to the company and the fake dispatch and the driver as trying to set up a scam about ****

  This company called me and told me to forget about my car. They quoted me $770 to ship my car.I agreed to a $200 payment after the car is picked up and the balance paid on delivery. Twelve hours after they picked up my car, they sent me a new bill for $1,800. I told them I am not paying $1,800.The company and driver told me that they would put the car in storage and not give me the location. ***** and ****** told me to forget about my car if they don't get $1,800.

  I can't even give 1 star to this company but I have to pick at least one star to complete this review. I knew from the start that I should not have given them my 300 deposit because of some of all of the negative reviews but ***** was real good at making me feel good that the company was working out some bugs. And now that I want my deposit back I keep getting the runaround and now can't get a hold of anyone...SCAM SCAM SCAM Do not use these people!!! I will be contacting the Local law enforcement of the ************************ to let them know what's going on....

  i contracted cheap auto trans to transport two of my vehicles i paid a $125.00 deposit and was told i had to pay the remaining balance once cars are delivered they called me the day before to make sure we were still on for the schedules date 11-22-2024 i asked them what time should i expect them to show up and he replied h*** call me the day of to see what time was good for me and I've heard nothing else from them and when i called them i got no answer i sent them a message to call me back and got no response I'm moving in 3 days and have no way to ship my cars in such a short notice i wanted them there once i arrived at my location no I'm stuck...They don't deserve a rating what so ever they deserve jail time from the looks of all these unhappy customers they have ripped off.

  I utilized Cheap Auto Transport for shipping my vehicle from ** to CO. Total All Inclusive pricing (which included up to 150 lbs of personal items inside vehicle) was $1,500. They hired **************** as Shipping/Driver. At pick-up, they extorted another $300. Cash, and would not load my vehicle unless paid, stating truck was overweight. The only personal contents inside my vehicle were clothes, so I requested a photo of the truck on a scale proving it was overweight. The company never provided this. My vehicle then sat in Prime Tracks truck yard for 6 days prior to being transported. At delivery, the driver demanded another $200. cash payment on top of the balance owed, $1,000.00. When I argued, he put my vehicle back on the truck and threatened to drive away. This company extorted an extra $500.00 from me in order to deliver my vehicle. Its practices are unethical and should be fully investigated. Consumer Beware!
