  Awful experience! The car we were interested in purchasing had so many serious repairs needed, after WE had it inspected. Every day, every week it was always a different excuse on what or if anything was going to be repaired before our purchase, then claimed they were waiting on parts. I can't even make this stuff up. They never return calls, showed no true interest in making the repairs needed, and never even offered a different car. It was obvious they didn't want to repair it - not minor repairs - motor issues - and didn't want a sale. I truly hope no one buys the car. We ended up walking away and went to a different dealership, buying a nicer, newer car with warranty. They lost a deal. All they had to do, FROM DAY ONE, was say we're not repairing it, instead of wasting our time. Zero stars! Very unprofessional.

  *********** was great! He was very knowledgeable and honest about their inventory. We bought a beautiful 2013 ****** Camry for our daughter. ****** has his own children and stressed how he wanted it daughter to be safe! He only showed us cars he was confident in. Thank you ****** we appreciate you!

  I bought ***** odyssey from them and car broke down very often it has a some problem we replaced 3 batteries still within 10 minutes you cant turn on this car *** is really bed bed bed bed salesman That ever I seen in my life

  Bought vehicle from them, and two weeks later the car wouldnt start. The alternator was bad and had to be replaced. There is a mechanic shop attached to this car lot and I was assured the car was checked out. After replacing the alternator, the owner refused any compensation and in fact wouldnt talk to me on the phone. His parts person had to call me back. Their attitude is you didnt pay much for the car, so you should expect to have to put some money for repairs into it. Really? Two weeks after buying the car? Your mechanic could have caught the fact that the alternator wasnt charging and at least warned me! Unethical, unprofessional and disrespectful. There are plenty of other used car lots to buy from. Go somewhere else.

  This was an awful experience. I think the worst part about it was that we THOUGHT it was amazing! We were looking for a car for our 17-year-old daughter. We found one online at this location and drove over from Canton to check it out. From the outside, it looked great. There were no high-pressure sales and everyone was nice. We asked to take it for a test drive, which they were fine with, but the car was LITERALLY on fumes so we didn't make it a block. That should've told me something. They did NOT want ** to see how this car drove. My husband said he didn't feel anything but couldn't tell. The head salesman told ** that another family had called about the car and that we had gotten there right on time. He told ** what a great car it was and that he drive it home one night so that he knew what a great car it was and would be for MY KID!!! He then bonded with her over music. She is a drummer and they talked for a while because he is also a musician and his wife is a singer. He gave her lifetime oil changes, but I think he does that for everyone. My daughter was so happy with her car. Then we got it home and the emissions light went on. They had ** bring it back right away because you can't transfer the title without an emissions test. Immediately after that, there was this odd bang. Then a few days later the *** light came on the dash. Our mechanic has been really busy and my daughter just graduated from high school, so we were just able to get it in. We expected an expense, but nothing like what he said just now. The car is NOT SAFE to drive. We need to get rid of it. He stated that our daughter should not be in this car and never should've been driving it. He said there is no way the seller would not know this. We are not out of a car and thousands of dollars. What a slimy, underhanded, nasty place!!! Who would sell a DANGEROUS car to a child???!! I hope karma bites you!!!!

  DO NOT buy from here. So dishonest and get away with it under As-IS. They lied about changing fluids, the brake pads are new but has bent rotors. The car had frame damage and was lied to about it, one Carfax had frame damage listed, another one did not! The key fob doesnt work, Aux, doesnt work and left a wire with black tape exposed in center console. These people cannot be trusted, they lie and do not care! Wasted 10K for a car for my son. I hope ***** comes soon. After only having it a week, wanted to get money back and the owner would not even talk to me. Again, hope karma comes soon.
