0 Stars! Well, based upon the recent reviews, mine is fairly similar. I was contacted by a Sr. ********* named ****** **** about a recent position with **** and he claimed to have pulled my resume from ZipRecruiter but wanted me to change a couple things on my resume including my last job title so that he could forward it to the hiring manager to line up an interview. He pressed me to make the changes immediately so that he could submit it and after a couple edits, he said everything looked great and that I was shortlisted for an interview the following week. Needless to say, that interview never transpired. In fact, I emailed a couple of times on top of calling him 6x with no response. I called Pyramid on two occasions 1. to leave a voicemail since the office isnt staffed due to covid according to the recording 2. when I tried to locate this "Sr. *********", he is nowhere to be found in their directory. I find it extremely alarming that this company is pulling and requesting personal resumes from people with sensitive information on them but not staying in contact which leads one to believe that this company is not legitimate. Anybody can create a website and a LinkedIn Account (also questionable). It's hard enough having tried to find employment even with 6 degrees including a ** and then have to do deal with this false hope while trying to search to provide for your family. This company is a disgrace, and nobody should even attempt to do business with them.

This company sent me a request to have my resume sent to them after they are the ones reached out to me saying I qualified for the position. I did though the reply was sent back by a phone. Something didn't feel right after so I looked up the address for the company they said and there was no building there. I'm sick to my stomach and angry these scammers have took my information and to use it though looking at yelp reviews and here they have done this to hundreds of people. They need to be shut down

I am sorry for your experience! Can you please tell us the address you looked up? That doesn't sound right. We have 9 offices in the ** along with additional offices in ******, ******, *******, *******, ***** and ***************. We are a $500 million+ staffing, technology and training company; we have been in business for nearly 30 years; and more than 100 of the Fortune 500 companies are our clients. Please look us up on Indeed and Glassdoor. We are highly rated by our consultants.

I was contacted by ********************* via LinkedIn stating she had a role she thought would be a good fit for me and my past experience. The pay seemed high ($54/hour). I was a little skeptical but decided it didnt hurt to respond and see what happened. To say it was the weirdest and most unprofessional experience with a staffing agency would be an understatement. With Pyramid, she asked for my resume, called unannounced, asked zero about my background, spoke so quickly I barely knew what she was saying, and emailed me the role saying to hurry up and say that I accepted it, and then hung up. She reformatted my resume to fit the role I was applying for. The day of the interview, I noticed there was a spelling error that was due to no fault of my own. I asked that this be corrected immediately. This is unprofessional for any profession, but being a copywriter/editor caused this error to really reflect poorly on me as a professional. I was told to send a thank you letter after so that they could forward it to the hiring manager of the company I interviewed with. They said this would help them get feedback from the process and fill me in on how I performed. I was completely ghosted once I completed my interview and sent them my thank you letter. I never got a response saying they received my thank you letter and sent it to the manager. I was never given feedback or even told if the role was filled. Pyramid completely wasted my time with their unprofessionalism. I have since been bombarded with emails from other recruiters at Pyramid offering jobs for $16/hour. This seems to be a scam and I would never trust working with Pyramid again. Save yourself the time and mental anguish and find a staffing agency that is professional, knows how to conduct themselves properly, and has your best interest in mind. Pyramid is only out for themselves and will treat you like a disposable object that only exists to pay their bills.

Total scam. They want you to work immediately then they say Your resume is shortlisted we will get back to you. There is no interview and beware companies that request local candidates only

******************************* ????Whats not to say about *******************************? Ive yet to meet a Recruiter like her. Ive never had such a blessed *********** experience, as Ive had with Pyramid Staffing, if it had not been for my Recruiter *******. She is truly the best. She made me feel permanent. I was seen, felt, heard and valued because of the service she provided.Weve all felt like we werent heard before, but I know without a doubt during our conversations, she had been listening. I was empowered by her speaking life into me, after receiving an interesting Training experience at a well-known ************ We have all witnessed someone going above and beyond. Sometimes, someone going the extra mile isnt known or for that matter acknowledged. *******, I see you. I am well aware that there was plenty of times shed been working After-Hours, and I heard how tired you were but still kept going. Can I say inspired? Beyond.I believe jobs are Assignments from above, and it was a privilege Pyramid partnered Recruiters of such caliber. Thank you for everything *******************************!

I have worked for staffing firms early in my career and I have worked with them as a customer for the last 25 years. NEVER have I heard of the kind of stuff that a Pyramid recruiter (listed on LinkedIn as a "US recruiter" but is based in *****) pulled recently with a member of my immediate family. First, he wanted the last 4 digits of the applicant's SSN and birth day and month (not year, which at least he had the decency not to ask that or more likely he knew that that would be a huge red flag). A couple days later he asked for SEVEN years of tax returns. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero star rating from me. You don't get a star.

****, we appreciate your concerns in regard to the recent interactions your family member had with our recruiting team. Without more detail we cannot fully research, however based on your stated concerns I will address accordingly. Pyramid Consulting is a leading staffing company based in **********, **. As a global firm we have a large recruiting center in ***** where many of our ** Recruiters sit. Many of the data points we collect are based on our end client (F500/1000 company) requirements. In order to provide information it is very common practice to request the last 4 digits of the *** along with another identifier which in this case was the month and day of birth. Now about the Tax Return information - that is out of the ordinary and the only way we can research is if you provide the actual name of both the recruiter and the candidate. You are more than welcome to reach out to me direct so I can gather additional information and come to a full resolution on this review. (******************************).I hope that this gives you some level of confidence and assurance that we will research and handle accordingly.

If I could give a zero I would as well. First you get a person on the phone who is very aggressive saying they est and I'm cst so I need to click the email send my updated resume immediately. I was asked for my SSN which I absolutely didn't like and would NOT provide nothing but the last 3. Then I open the email and they want all my information name address phone number ssn, for background check and credit check. Um no thanks I feel a professional company would only ask for that information once an offer from the company has been made and in person considering it was a hybrid position. I'm not giving out personal information over the phone or Internet. So, if this company is legitimate they shouldn't be allowed to ask for this information only the actual company should. I don't care you are a employment agency, it's highly inappropriate to ask for this information before a job offer you also wanted me to attach my resume to the email but if you found me where I applied for a job you should have it! I honestly don't see how you've been in business for 27 years. I'm surprised anyone gives you any personal information for it's not appropriate because you're only sending a resume for potential employment. So again please don't contact me anymore

*******,We are in receipt of your concerns and have researched the issue. I would like to clarify that Pyramid Consulting is a well-respected leader in the global staffing and technology space. We are A+ rated by the BBB and have a 4.3/5.0 Glassdoor rating. Pyramid Consulting places project-based candidates with our F500 clients. These candidates once hired are employees of Pyramid Consulting on assignment at the client. As the actual employer of record it is necessary to gather certain information as some clients ask for this information at the time of resume submission. Utilizing the last 4 digits of the *** is secure identification validation that is requested by the end client and not used by Pyramid Consulting.Once a candidate is vetted, they are shared with the client to determine if they want to move forward with the process. If they do then an interview is set up, and a potential offer could be made.We respect your privacy and the integrity of your personal data. All information is maintained in a secure environment. The ask for a current resume is based on the fact that our recruiters require the most current and up-to-date employment information. This allows us to ensure the information is accurate and allows the candidate to make any updates as needed. At your request, we will remove your information from our database and no longer present you with viable job opportunities. We hope that this resolves your concerns. Feel free to reach out if there is anything else that you would like to discuss.

This company has contacted me well over a dozen times in the last few days. I am not looking for a job currently. They claim to be representing companies looking for professional copywriters. If this isn't a scam, the company is incredibly disorganized and their reps are not in communication with one another. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
