    I have had some very unpleasant experiences with purchases made online lately. Usually, it's a problem with the item and warranty assistance, but yesterday, I contacted The Home Security Superstore about an issue I was having with a collapsible baton and immediately they shipped a replacement. I have purchased two batons and I am very satisfied with The Home Security Superstore and their products and services.

    Fantastic durable reliable products, excellent customer service, fast delivery. Couldnt be more pleased.
