  My bracelets never came I literally ordered them in 2022 and I've emailed them many times. I got an email saying the order was canceled and I would be refunded but I have yet to recieve the refund or the bracelets. **************

  My Bed was more beautiful and elegant than I expected. It is worth the money and the wait ??. It came earlier than expected too. I definitely recommend this business for your furniture. They are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful too when you have questions. I really love my new bed ??????

  SCAM !!! stay away from this company. Ordered a chandelier on Feb 9, 2023, which later found out was way overpriced! waited over 2 weeks and no sign of delivery or tracking. Ended up calling them on Feb 23, 2023, and I was told that they had no idea when the item would be shipped. Since it was uncertain I kindly requested they cancel my order and refund me. Instead, they only refunded me $500 of the original $1250 charged. Called them to clarify and was told they did that because my item had already been shipped (another lie). Waited till May and never got the item. Opened a dispute with Discover and My Aashis sent them some made-up rules about cancellations..smh no tracking or delivery info.

  I was about to order a coffee table they claimed to carry called a ***************melting-gold-coffee-table designed by a luxury *************** named ********. My Aashis renamed the item Charismatic ****************** Table on their website. Luckily I reached out to ******** before ordering anything and spoke with the company directly about My Aashis being a re-seller of their products. Not only is My Aashis not a reseller, the coffee table cost $1800 on My Aashis, and the actual retail price of this table according to the ******** rep I spoke with is over $14,000. My Aashis is a complete scam I cant believe the BBB isnt doing more about this with all the clear scams going on and fake reviews. Why does the BBB even exist if a fraudulent scammer like this can so obviously be scamming so many people and still have a good rating? All I can think of is somehow the BBB gets some sort of money out of the situation with these types of companies. If I would have gotten scammed it would have greatly effected my mental mind set and new house budget.

  Super experience with My Aashis.Such a beautiful couch and great customer service which i never got from any other company.Very difficult to buy online and trust someone but this gives me a great experience. Thank you so much.

  HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND RETURN POLICY!! - $4,500 Sectional After a wait of ************************** ivory finally arrived. Overall, the product matches the picture and looks ok. Here is our experience: 1) The product arrived broken - headrest was ripped off completely on one seat. Multiple wooden pegs on the bottom of the seats were broken or scratched. Leather was shaffed and stained. The wooden boards on the corner pieces were scrateched and chipped badly. 2) After contacting customer support, we were told a technician would come out and fix everything. After a wait of 2 more months, a technician came out to our house. He said he had been flown in from *******, and did not have the tools for the job and assigned to another person. He also asked the company to replace the wooden boards as they are not repairable. Now its another 5-6 week wait for the wood to arrive, and then possibly another technician will come out. 3) The foam is dense and consistent use leaves significant depressions. No rebound! We are using a different seat every day to avoid potholes! 4) The heated seat is a joke - one switch warms up all 4 seats. The chaise sectional only heats up in the center. 5) The refrigerator is made for Asian standards, and does not cool efficiently. 6) The pieces of the sectional do not connect amongst themselves. We are constantly repositioning the units when the kids play around them. We got a rug to reduce the run around. 7) Headrests are very difficult to mobilize. You will need a strong adult to reposition the headrests. As of today, its been 6 months, and we have this broken sectional lying in the living room, with small kids running around the house. #Safety Hazard Their refund policy requires original packing, which is nearly impossible with these huge pieces of furniture that are shipped bubble wrapped. Also it must not be used! They had instructed use while they repair it. Now, we are stuck with this bill and broken furniture!

  I placed an order with My Aashis and received the wrong item. After calling customer care, I was given 2 emails to to send my complaint along with an attached photo of the wrong item to and neither one of them were valid. I received a response that the email was not delivered because the provider rejected it. Not impressed with their lack of customer service and will not place any more orders in the future.
