1) company agreed to address mold problem prior to move in but only replaced mold covered vents 2) they harassed me and threatened to evict me based on a mistake that their secretary made on the cashiers check that I provided as my security deposit 3) they failed to reimburse for carpet cleaning costs, claiming carpet was cleaned prior to me moving in. I have pictures of dirt from carpet 4) kitchen sink broke and they waited 24 hours to contact a plumber who couldn't fix sink for 3 days after it broke. I asked for someone to come out sooner and they referred me to another plumber who now can't come out for 8 days after it broke. They failed to ask the owner if I could get sink fixed on my own and get reimbursed. They said a nonworking kitchen sink WAS NOT A habitability issueBusiness response
