After 4 years of renting NEVER missing payments, we were told two days before my SURGERY removing major organs, that All County Property Management North Metro had already scheduled a walk through with a potential buyer for our rental. Guess what day they took the liberty to schedule it without asking us? The very day of my SURGERY on April 28 2023. I told them it was unprofessional to try that day as my health took priority over their entitled ignorant assumption to walk through without properly ASKING ** FIRST. I asked that they wait a few weeks to reschedule. Fast forward to ********************* lying and keeping us in the dark until the very last minute of the sale on May 23 2023. No keeping us updated as to their plans for our lives. No decorum or professionalism or simple human decency to let us know what the new owner planned. *********************** told them not to renew our lease as a CONDITION of buying the property even though we had already signed and sent it back beforehand.I had to contact **** in which to discover he had been informed we would be MOVED OUT by May 31st. Imagine how terrified and sick I was. I'm a mother to two small children. This is a disturbing nightmare. I cannot sleep. I'm having terrible belly and head pains. ANXIETY issues from these ppl. Distraught. I NEVER MISSED a PAYMENT. This is how they treat good, reliable tenants. When we moved in, the place was INFESTED w/ WATER BUGS and German roaches. We had RATS or SQUIRRELS in the walls they never found and eradicated. Upstairs main bathroom tub was rotting. I reported via e-mail and they NEVER fixed it. They never fixed a multitude of issues. I have many e-mails as evidence of them being slum lords. Gross We'll be seeking a Tenant Attorney for Unethical Business Practices. We CANNOT move due to HARDSHIP. How can they do that? Now the new owner doesn't care I had surgery and still recovering. I cannot lift anything to help move or I'll tear internal stitches and bleed out. No place to go!Business response

Hi ******, we understand your frustration regarding this sale of the home to a new buyer.
Please note the following:
1. All County Property Management North Metro was the authorized agent for the former property owner and is bound by Georgia Landlord Tenant Law to oblige the terms of our contract with former property owner.
2. All County Property Management North Metro was advised by the former property owner that he was looking to sell this property and three other duplex units in the community to a new property investor.3. All County scheduled walk-through inspections with the former owner and buyers in May so buyers could evaluate properties for purchase.
4. During April and **** All County consulted with property owner and tenants on lease renewal terms, separate from former owners intention to sell the property.
5. Prior to former owner accepting a purchase offer from property buyers, owner approved lease renewal offer to tenants, and All County drafted and submitted lease to tenants to sign.
6. After tenants signed lease and prior to All County signing the lease on behalf of the property owner, the former property owner instructed ** to not move forward with lease renewal, since new buyers wanted to have all units vacated as soon as possible after property sale.
7. All County advised tenants that former property withdrew lease renewal offer and lease would continue on a month-to-month basis.8. Former property owner advised All County that new property owner could give notice to tenants to vacate property if that is what new property owner wished to do.
9. Regarding any outstanding maintenance issues, All County has diligently responded to all submitted maintenance requests and completed repairs as authorized by the property owner. Since All County does not own the property, any and all maintenance repairs must be approved by the property owner.
10. All County has no relationship or contract with new property owners and is not able to represent, advise or act on behalf of new property owner to mitigate tenant hardship under new property ownership.
We do empathize with the significant challenges that this unexpected, but valid sale of the property has presented to the tenants, and we wish them well in the future.
