I have a 403k with Orion retirement through a past employer. I have been attempting to get this account dispursed to me for over two weeks. I keep calling to find out what the hold up is and the service team kerps saying the pages are blurry. The preview is clear as day. I have rescanned, reprinted, sent from dofferent faxes, sent from different scanners, and ghey keep passing the buck. I called this morning and now they say "its processing" but it will take two or "three" buisness days. Today is Tuesday and I needed the money this week, not next week. What is wrong with the service teams at Orion? Where is the service? I have to fix everything myself and I dont even know what there problem actually is? I will believe them when I see the money. It will be a month of bullcrap Ive had to go through before its all said and done and this is unacceptable.

I do NOT recognize this account in any shape or form, I have no knowledge of owning this amount of money to anyone, my credit is perfect and locked, I would appreciate the source that is accusing me of this debt, I have researched your company TSI which seems to be somewhat legit, yet you associate your self with a company by the name of ORION PORTFOLIO SERVICES WHICH IS A TOTAL SCAM, you should be ashamed of yourself for who you conduct business..with, I am checking and monitoring my credit 24/7 and I will not scammed by you or anybody else not to mention BBB, just look at the line of complaints from all those customers who are being scammed by ORION Provide me the company or office who is the source that has that claim and I will definitely go the extra mile with my attorney to identify the claim ***************************

I received a letter from TSI in September 2023. Within the letter, there was a claim to collect a debt of $183.27 for ************** under the account number of *******. I have never had a ************* account, and I also was not even living in ***** or any neighboring states during the time of this supposed account. I have already contacted legal counsel, who informed me that *** has claimed to collect money based off of fraudulent accounts and claims. I would like for this account to be canceled and closed, and for TSI to never contact me again with fraudulent claims.

I received a letter today informing me of a debt that does not exist to my knowledge. The electric company I supposedly owe (Met-Ed) operates in a state I haven't lived in for over 9 years, and all bills were paid and services canceled prior to my family relocating ******************************* ** was a rental so all utilities turned off last day of lease. ********************** is collecting for Orion Portfolio Services LLC and asking for a total of $436.04 for account #**********. How is someone supposed to provide proof from that long ago when the bank accounts used to draw the check have been closed after moving? The burden of proof is almost impossible at this point. Why am I only hearing about this debt 9 years later?

I was a victim of identity theft in August 2019. I found this out when my credit score had been affected significantly in September 2021. Someone had rented an apartment falsely under my name. I filed a police report and sent supporting documentation. This matter was resolved and credit score restored. 2 weeks ago, my score dropped almost 200 points because there was an electric bill from ************* for $113 from this SAME fraudulent apartment. I have emailed Transwestern and Orion and called Orion multiple times with messages with no response. This is a absolute disappointment and should have NEVER happened in the first place. Why did Orion not due their due diligence when acquiring this debt and recognize it was fraud and a closed matter supported by the police? Transwestern #: ******** Police report #: *********

I have sent certified mail to Orion and trans world to informing them that the debt they are trying to collect from me is fraud. I never had an direct energy account in ***** and have never lived or stepped in that state. I was living in ******** at the time and it is easily verifiable. The burden is on them to prove this is my account and they can not. I am tired of being harassed and insist you cease and desist contacting me and close the account affecting my credit. Do your diligence instead of harassing people who are already victims of identity theft and fraud. Read your mail, run a background check I dont care you need to prove it and you cant plus I can easily prove where I was living and have done so.

Denied homeowners insurance in Feb 2020 due to adverse information on credit report. Requested copy and saw that DirectEnergy turned over unpaid bills to Orion for collection. I filed dispute with TransWorld which in turn sent me copy of DirectEnergys unpaid bills for 2019 in the *** of $557. The acct turned over to Orion had different name and address but somehow was reported to credit bureau and reflected on credit report under my name and address. My name was legally changed back to my maiden name 22 yrs ago and have never used any other name during this time. I have also lived at my address for the past 17 yrs and my utilities have been with TXU for over 12 years. The bill for $557 for 2019 was for a different name and different address at some apartment on the other side of ******* from where I live. I tried to contact Orion via telephone and was not able to contact a human. So for the past six months I have been getting the royal run around with TransWorld before I was informed that Orion is responsible for clearing up this matter. When I originally received my credit report I had never heard of DirectEnergy and had to ****** them to see who they were and since the report did not reflect the erroneous name and address appearing on MY report, I called DirectEnergy and spent hrs on the phone with them trying to find any acct with my name, address or social security number and they were not able to find anything; nor had I ever been contacted by DirectEnergy or Orion in any attempt to collect this debt. WHY??? Because I never resided at that apt nor ever went by that name. In the meantime they have destroyed my credit and am now having to pay double for both homeowner and auto insurance which was already ridiculously high before this fiasco. I am frustrated beyond words and want this cleared up immediately as it has gone on long enough.
