    Spaces Avalon will not stop charging me for services that are not being rendered. I signed up for their basic mailbox service. After a few months, they started paying me for the **************** package which is drastically more. I told them to stop. After dealing with this for a while, I decided to end my service. Their service directs you to the website to cancel your service. When there, the website doesn't show the ************* button as in the instructions. I contacted Spaces via email for this problem and to cancel. Spaces says I need to go ahead and pay for the next cycle and then cancel. I did. I then sent an email to confirm. They kept charging me (and still are). I have email evidence where *****, their parent company, has told them to cancel my service and refund the money. I have had additional calls with Regus. At this point, Regus isn't the problem. Spaces is deliberately ignoring my requests and their parent company's request. Again, I have emails showing all this.

    Many efforts have been made to get a refund for ***** from Regus, but they deemed that a refund was out of policy but moved the termination date up to cancel the account but did not want to apply a refund. I will admit that the previous center team could have been more communicative and on top of this issue and make sure the account got terminated when client had requested so that was an error on our part. If it was my choice, I would provide the refund to the client as it was an error on our part but corporate does not think so. I wish there was more I could have done for the client, but it was out of my hands.
