    I am writing to bring awareness to our experience with this company. This company is a BROKER, they do not do the physical move but subcontract other companies, who may also subcontract another company to do the job. We booked them for our move, full service (pack and unload) and was promised they were to be available to us to ensure our move went smoothly. On moving day, another company not, All American Movers, called us demanding cash app or wiring money the day of pick up despite our Bill of Lading stating the various payment options. In addition to all that is happening, I was unable to get ahold of the sales representative that I worked with.Customer service is left to handle everything once the booking is done. I texted, called, emailed and until this day has not received any response. While the movers are packing up and I am dealing with the payment, they decided wiring the * amount % of the initial quote was accepted and with paper trail and agreement to pay the % of the initial quote, we did. However, after the movers packed and loaded the truck. They said we needed to pay for the additional cubic sq footage @ $22/ cubic sq ft in CASH. We refused as there is no way they could be asking for ANOTHER $4000 for the overage. We called All American again and they got ahold of the subcontracted movers and agreed we did not need to pay. Mind you, we already had paid the 60% of the original estimate already. In the end, All American moving group does not hold up to their promise to their customers and told me, their job is done by booking the space in the container. That the subcontracted company can charge whatever their cost is. It is out of their hands despite the company made the initial quote. A few things: our bill of lading did not include the packing materials, labor service and underestimated by the 50%. They never called to conduct another estimate 3 days prior to move date violating regulations of the *******************************************. ******

    Absolutely do not go with this company. They will offer you a low price for the move, then ask you for a large deposit up front (this is the first red flag). Then they will ask you for another deposit three days before the move (second red flag). They will also tell you that more money is needed upon movers arriving, then when the movers deliver your items (third red flag). They are a broker who will hire out sketchy/fraud third party "moving companies" who they are in partnership with to take advantage of people. The company they told me that they were going to use for me was ******** Van Lines -- which has extremely poor reviews everywhere. I was lucky enough to stop everything before the movers arrived, or else who knows where my stuff would be right now, if I would ever even get my things again, and how much they would try to extort me for.Avoid. Please avoid and tell others about this company and similar scams that exist everywhere.

    Avoid ************ at All Costs I made the mistake of entering my contact information on an obscure website while searching for moving quotes, and ever since, this company has called me three times a day, every day, for months. Every call was the same script: "We have moving trucks in your area."When I finally called them back to ask them to stop, the representative on the line completely lost it. He swore at me repeatedly and berated me for not answering their calls sooner. The conversation quickly turned bizarre and aggressive it honestly felt like something out of ****************************** is extremely unprofessional and borderline harassing. Please, do yourself a favor and stay far away. This is a nightmare waiting to happen.

    they scammed me out of 2,000$ they brought very small truck for move .no blankets ,***** they said truck would be 26 foot but a 15 foot showed up.they truck was empty they picked it up at enterprise on way over they said since truck showed up I lose deposit

    I would give this company zero stars if I could. Lying scammers to the core!! This company ripped me off and the moving company they hired has lied to them and took me for ******* not including what I paid the All American Moving Group. WARNING!! I would never ever ever use this company. They are total liars!!!

    Scammers! I cancelled our move within 12 hours. They still haven't refunded our money over 4 months later. Our requests receive a standard- we get to emails in order they were received. Getting a person on the phone is almost impossible. We've called the "service **** after hours and they answered thinking it was a sales opportunity but that goes nowhere. We called the ********** and they said, try getting our money in court. We can't afford that and I'm sure this company hopes that's the case. All American Moving Group are scammers.

    I don't even know where to start. The charges on pickup day were not what was discussed. The payment schedule was not as discussed. The pickup date and delivery date were not the same as discussed. This company is well versed in how to take advantage of you as the broker since they are not moving your items. Buyer beware. Understand this is a broker that will provide you no assistance when actually dealing with the shady mover they front who wouldn't be able to survive a ****** search to get your business. They sent ******** Van Lines to pick up our move and it was a nightmare and the All American Moving Group was no help at best or in on the scam which is the more likely scenario

    Scam is too kind of a word to apply to all american moving group llc. much, much worse. reviews already posted summarize the scam. this company seems to be in cahoots with the actual moving company. If anyone reads please, please take heed to what we are all saying: 1. do NOT ever use a broker, it's just a back door sneaky way for them to use another company to jack up quote, the actual movers likely does kickbacks to all american to shake u down even further. 2. do NOT ever use Fairway Moving LLC out of ************, they are other partner in crime with All American, their designated movers. so no matter the quote all american provides, ignore it, their partner ******* will disregard, take your goods and will not deliver until you pay the rate which would likely be 5 times the original quote. When you attempt to resolve the scam perpetrated by all american's partner, *******, they ignore your calls, emails. Much of same things already mentioned by other reviewers was our experience, the attempted shakedown for tip, only 1 person was able to speak english. Finally, ******* will threaten to auction your goods if you don't pay hostage fee which again is, in our case, 5 times the initial estimate, which we were told by JE at all american was final bill. VS, at all american be weary of too, as he will convince u to waive the onsite inspection, thats where scam starts, cause if they dont come onsite and even if you follow all american exact instructions you are allowing the scam to start cause all americans designated scammer fairway mover to swoop in and literally make up the ** estimate, at that point you are royally screwed. its a shame that all american continues to operate this scam. but if anyone sees this as you look for movers, please read reviews and absolutely do NOT use all american moving group under any circumstances unless you like wasting your money and you are no longer interested in seeing your belongings again.

    I gave a precise list of items to be moved. They estimated 499 cubic feet. That isn't much. At the time of the move they jacked the price up 50%. Then would not return my phone calls. They purposely underestimated cubic feet so that they could charge more at the time of the move.

    I thought I had checked out this company when I was looking for movers from ** to **. I compared rates, got quotes, and talked to multiple companies, even checked the *** website for complaints. They quoted me a fair price, I gave them a list of ALL things that were being moved from my mom's house and even had measurements for all furniture and they had scheduled 20 medium boxes for all the misc. items I had listed. When moving day came I flew up to ******, made sure everything was accounted for and then was told by movers that the cubic feet was wrong and it would be another $2000.00. I showed the movers that nothing was added to the inventory and they had put all my stuff in 2 wardrobes boxes (not happy about that because things got broke) instead of 20 medium boxes so no way could it have been more cubic feet! But if I didn't pay, they would not move me and I had a plane ticket back to ***** in two days so I was really stuck!! I would not recommend this company, I was in tears and out an extra $2000.00 just to get some of my mom's things back to my house in *****. There is no way that a moving company doesn't have a cubic foot calculator that could be more accurate if given the dimensions of each piece of furniture and an itemized list of everything that was going. I understand a bit of extra (blankets and wrapping around the furniture) but as a moving company they should be able to come close. The original estimated volume was quoted at 431 cubic feet, the actual movers said is was 660 cubic ft and that was with only 1 medium box and 2 wardrobe boxes instead of the 20 medium boxes originally quoted!! I also still have not received my itemized receipt for the extra ******* cash on delivery (did receive the receipt for the first ******* when they loaded it up). Just make sure with any mover that requires cash that you take a picture of the signed receipt when paying cause they won't give you a copy, they just say they will email it but I still haven't got it.
