I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Platinum Kitchens & Design ***** with which I contracted for a kitchen remodeling project.Despite promises of professional service and completion within a reasonable timeframe, I have experienced numerous delays, poor communication, and subpar workmanship from Platinum Kitchens & Design ***** causing significant inconvenience and stress to my family and me.The project was supposed to be completed in mid-July. However, as at the time of writing this, I am still dealing with several unresolved issues. These include:1. Incomplete cabinet installations and inaccurately cut countertop.2. Electrical issues, such as a new outlet box installed without a proper sign-off and mislabeling of panels.3. Unresolved plumbing problems, including improperly located faucets and malfunctioning faucet automation.4. Poorly executed paintwork and drywall repair.5. Failure to meet agreed-upon design specifications.I have been diligent in my attempts to resolve these matters directly with Platinum Kitchens & Design **** through phone calls, emails, and certified letters. The majority of these attempts have been met with inadequate responses or further delays. Their most recent emails (dated October 6th and November 1st) suggest continued postponements without any concrete plans to fix the outstanding problems.In light of these recurring issues and the company's lack of urgent action, I have already engaged legal counsel. I am lodging this complaint with the BBB as the final step before proceeding with legal action. I kindly request BBB's assistance to mediate this matter. My hope is that with your intervention, Platinum Kitchens & Design **** will take the necessary steps to complete the project as per the agreed-upon standards and rectify the issues that remain.Should I not have all items resolved by mid-January, we will commence legal proceedings.
