    On May 15, 2025, I was involved in a car accident with Ms. ***** ******* (insured by Safeway Insurance) on GA400NB at ************************ in **********, **. Police report #******** was filed.I have repeatedly tried to contact Safeway Insurance to file a third-party claim for vehicle damage. The assigned adjuster "Africa" has:- Never returned my phone calls - Ignored all voicemails - Provided zero response for weeks This is unprofessional and unacceptable claims handling.If Safeway continues to ignore me, I will file in small claims court and report them to the Georgia Insurance Commissioner.

    Safeway Insurance and our company service a mutual customer. Our ********************** has reached out to this company for months to get the status of a claim from April 4, 2024- June 11, 2024 no returned calls from claims agent, agent supervisor, and today 6/11 a claim manager all calls go to voicemails and no one returns the call. I called the receptionist and was transferred to a ****** ***** assistant claims manager and was told that agents don't return calls due to a high volume of scams. I advised him that that is inappropriate to lean on an excuse of the level to a lien holder calling leaving information provided from the company given to the customer to provide to the lien holder. He was very rude and dismissive which forth perpetuates the lack thereof for quality customer service. The assistant manager refused to provide upper management information and was arrogate and pompous about it as if I would not follow up on my complaint. This company has had serval bad review due to customer service and I'm sure it want be the last.

    On April 22 I was involved in a car accident and Safeway Insurance Company was the other drivers insurance company. They put me in a rental car for *************************************************************** the shop its been 16 days and Im not driving anything. I called Safeway they said they cant extend the rental and that I needed to ask the shop for a loaner. Which they do not offer . The body shop said it was gonna take 30 more days to complete! I asked for corporate number they refused to give it to me! I asked my adjuster and her supervisor and the supervisor over her. I also have been out of work for 16 days because I dont have a car I called the bodily adjuster who I settled with which I still have and didnt cash yet he didnt call back I left several messages and no one called back. I am trying to get reimbursed for the days I wasnt working and no one will call me back. I was trying to settle this without an attorney but it looks like I have no choice but to seek counsel.

    I was involved in an automobile accident on 4/5/2024 due to the negligence of a Safeway Insured Driver. The Safeway Insured Driver failed to yield, hit another vehicle causing that vehicle to crash into me. Several voicemail messages have been left for the Adjuster who's name I was provided. And no attempt to contact me has been made. My vehicle needs to be repaired ASAP. It is extremely frustrating to continually reach out to this company and not receive a follow up call, text or email outlining next steps . Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

    I was involved with Safeway insured auto on 1/11-2024. Safeway is refusing to pay the claim. . I have been called and sent emails on at least 10 occasions . I have left multiple messages for manager and supervisor. No one has called me back. The claim adjuster refuses to reach out after six p.m. to the driver . I sent an email to Safeway advising the insured insured is Hispanic needs a translator and is available after six due to job. Safeway refuses to contact the individual. Today the adjuster advised theyre sending a rights of reservation letter to close the claim number 114-8793. The driver and the insured are reaching out to me requesting help to contact Safeway Safeway is refusing.

    I had two vehicles that caused a wreck and left the scene of the accident no contact was made with either vehicle I had over a thousand pounds behind me and I had one vehicle brake check me the other one pulled out in front of me both vehicles left to see the accident my insurance company which is Safeway refuses to pay for my medical bills and my damages to my truck they're sitting here saying ************ truck was not my trailer was not covered both vehicles are at fault for the wreck and they refuse to do anything about it I had several witnesses including the tag number both vehicles and they refuse to do anything I have uninsured motorist and a $25,000 bodily injury policy $25,000 property damage policy they refuse to pay anything to keep trying to lowball me on my truck the truck is a 95 k 1500 they're trying to tow it out I refuse to let them total it out I want my truck fixed and I want my money I've paid I've been with them over 2 years I'm about ready to just say s**** it and file a complaint with the Georgia insurance in fire safety commission these this insurance company needs to be shut down and stopped every complaint and review I've seen they have no they have no business being in business ***************** has no be an insurance adjuster it took me getting my lawyer involved for them to even open up the claim open back up the claim after they had done closed it my truck has no frame damage the airbag is not deployed I've done put brand new water pump brand new tires brand new power steering pump brand new door they refuse to pay for my truck to get fixed I have my own company and I've lost money because of this this happened back on June 3rd I've paid them $300 a month since the wreck due to other people that cannot drive every wreck I have ever been in has not been my fault I did not have the truck not even a week before this wreck occurred I still had the drive out tag on it I just bought the truck a week prior along with the trailer you see in the pic

    My car had been hit by a deer an they barely contacted me or stayed in touch to know whats going on as of now my car is just sitting at a body shop waiting on them to respond to calls an emails but no one replies so they can approve estimate so I can get my car back I have to work mon-Fri customer service is very poor.

    My car has been completely finished for 6 weeks and they refuse to pay the body shop. They even promised to pay the supplement and never sent the check. They are leaving me with the bill. They refuse to call me back or call the body shop. A supervisor said they will no longer communicate with the body shop. This is a very sad situation that no one will help me with. The ***** dealership where my car is stated he has never had an insurance company do this. I have not had a car since September 23. They should be ashamed of themselves and their business practices!

    My wife's car was hit by someone insured by Safeway Insurance of Georgia. I worked with Safeway to get the car repaired by a collision shop. While my car was in the shop, Safeway was responsible for providing me with a rental car. I had the car for several weeks and once I was notified by the collision shop that my car was ready I returned the rental car the next day.The rental car company made me leave a credit card for the rental. Later I was charged more than $500.00 from the rental car company. I reached out to Safeway for reimbursement and they blamed the extra days on the collision shop and directed me to have them reimburse me the $500.00. Safeway owes me this money.

    It has been a nightmare to deal with this company. Their insured party was involved in accident and arrested and damaged our car. it has been 2 months and their adjuster ********************* has NEVER spoken to us. she only emails and that too after we chase her down. We are paying out of pocket for rental every week as she never updates rental company despite the collision repair person telling them to extend rental. Collision company said the car is totaled and taking up another person a will a little who has never called or spoken to us before. My rental bill is racking up and 2 months of no contact or call from these people is a nightmare.& a scam this company is runninb

    I am rejecting this response because: I am still waiting to get a proper letter with accident date, make model and vin number stating the same that it is total loss. I emailed ms ******* about it but she has not responded. your other agent never responded or returned calls for almost 2 months before i finally got hold of supervisor - claims dont work this way and take this long. Additionally you guys owe me money for losing our $400 plus tax charger and $99 on non refundable connectivity that we paid to Tesla - my insurance will not be paying these two thing as charger was lost while my car was in your procession. Lastly you will need to cover my rental till I get a new replacement Tesla as it takes time to get a new Tesla. I need someone to please call me ASAP to complete all 4 things:************

    1. Give letter of total loss and transfer to insurance with all car details including bin number

    2. Refund $400 plus tax for list charger

    3. Refund $99 non refundable connectivity charge 

    4. car rental to be extended past 6/26 for two more weeks - our insurance has said car rental needs to be handled by safeway directly

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1. You have not paid for the car charger which was stolen by Safeway employees while the car was in your procession.You have been unable to provide me list of inventory of items in car which was picked by towing company right after the accident $400 plus tax - ********* center where you sent the car after having in your possession said they never received charger from you guys 

    2. You have not refunded for premium coverage of $99 which my insurance said needs to be paid by you guys and not them. 

     

    Itbis exhausting dealing with unprofessional a at Dafeway who have no decency to return calls or respond to my claims except for trying to pass it to Nationwidw when it has clearly been established these two cost need to be paid by safeway. I am out of country for family medical emergency so please call at ************ if you have any decency  to pay us for this as you have had the car under your claim for over two months
