Do not trust them to resolve control access issues! They charged us for services not rendered. We still do not have our issues with security doors and access points resolved, yet ****** made us responsible for the $695 invoice...for nothing! He said he was too busy to come help us resolve our issue, and that we may be dishonest about saying that our system worked in the first place! Their parent company Mountain Alarm/Kenco Security set up a nice system four years ago, and it worked...up until **************** time in November, and ****** says it is no fault of theirs that the system suddenly does not work, after four years! He said we may need new equipment, and I asked for a quote, but he said he was too busy to give us a quote. I would give this business a "0" if I could! They are unprofessional and dishonest.

The *** ****** in ***********, ** gives excellent service at a reasonable price. I would recommend them all day long for your companys fire and safety needs.

Not reliable company, they just came and change the tag without services the extinguishers and grab money from the people , I advise not to call them , they come to your place without calling them too , so please don't allow them in your property.

Erroneous charges, dispatch and compliance, $65.00.Service charge and call fee, $45.00 ( we did not call them, they just showed up)Called them and after several attempts finally talked to *****, she had no idea what the charges are all about.Never again. Stay away from this company.

I used *** ****** for my business for two years with minimal issues and then in December 2021 the system they installed stopped working. It took them 10 months to solve the problem during which time we had no working fire alarm system. *** ****** handled the entire situation so unprofessionally it was pretty hard to believe. And when I attempted to talk with someone higher up in the company I was completely railroaded, and they were just not going to allow me to talk about my business's situation with anyone except the workers that had been failing at helping me up to that point. *** ****** made me spend thousands of dollars on phone lines I never even needed and then attempted to charge me (for an entire new system) 6 months before they even completed the job. I recently found another company to use and I am so less stressed to not have to deal with *** ****** ever again. One star.

I would give less than one star if possible. ***** Attention!!! Save your money and your time!!! These guys are crooks! They messed up my fire extinguisher and it leaked out after paying for them to charge it and put in new seals. I returned and basically wanted them to fix their s**** up. "Well, it must be your seals". Jerk, you put new seals in it!!! "Well, we can swap it out for you and give you another one". Sure. "Oh, by the way, that's going to cost you $55." $55 to fix your s**** up. I don't think so! This is the sorriest customer service anywhere! My personal hope is they have to answer to all they people they are screwing!!!

For years, I have used this service for my business to insure our extinguishers and hospital remains safe and compliant with fire safety protocols. This year was different. New fees to offset this years inflation ($55. Dispatch Compliance) in addition to the increase in inspection fees with an additional service charge fee ($60.) I called the company to have someone explain the receipt of service charges because they more than doubled from last year. Because I am a small business owner, I understand first hand how much prices and transportation costs have increased over the past couple of years. I would expect an increase, but not $94.03 in 2021 to $203.00 this year. We were also told we needed another fire extinguisher added to our building that has been the same, passed all ********** inspections, as well as their own inspections, with no additions for over thirty years. Fortunately the staff didn't approve that additional charge. We did not call for their service. They just showed up and felt free to **** us with these charges! I feel they should have called ahead to make us aware of these dramatic changes in charges and give us the option to decline the service. I was told by the front staff when i called today that I could have brought my two extinguishers in for inspection to avoid these charges for less than $40. Unbelievable. ZERO STARS

*** and ****** conducted an annual inspection of my business and when the technician was done, he explained there was a slight increase in price. When my business received the invoice, the price was doubled! I called to see if this was a mistake and the representative said "no, it wasn't". ******************* charged us an outrageous price of $7.50 (x5) for a single small lightbulb, $9.95 for Hazmat/Fuel Recovery and $55 for "Dispatch and Compliance" on top of $65 minimum Service Charge. This increase in price was never expressed to us prior to coming out and this was way more than a "slight increase". This was a deception in service and it's extremely unfair to businesses. I would give this business a "0" if I could for consumer deception and unfair practices!
