  Contracted *************************** was paid a deposit and another $200 to complete a custom cabinet job in my home. ****** did a walk through before quoting any prices so he was well aware of the work that would be involved with completing the kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets to include hardware and k**** ****** did not complete the job and instead on 7/3/2024 decided to drop off the last cabinet door that he had in his possession in our driveway and send a text message that we should be careful what we say about others I have called several times to attempt to resolve this matter with ****** in case there was a misunderstanding but it appears as though he has blocked any contact from myself and my husband.

  During the period of me painting this clients cabinets, I overheard from the kitchen as the clients husband and brother were talking. They said something to the effect of they cant believe they have a crack head there with them doing their cabinets and i look like im on drugs. (that's no problem, i do take prozac for personal reasons and a year ago went thru therapy with a small lump in my kidney that ended up being cancer that caused me to lose more weight than i would have liked.)   Her brother at one point walked past me making eye contact, then whispering **** to her husband and both bust out laughing. then two other family members come over and the woman keeps calling everyone ******, and then says to her husband (I assume) "weird for a f** to paint". Then woman 20 mins later tells the husband of the client "he looks like hes about to just throw this together and get the h*** out".  at no point did i not give 100% as i was working, i did give the woman weird looks after the f** comment i overheard. 

  all in all. i have zero tolerance for racism, homophobia, verbal slurs or disrespect when it comes to my work ethic. Want people to stay in your home? keep your mouth shut and watch what you say. have crazy relatives? don't let them over while your having work done, they might just say something stupid. Deposits are protection for myself, incase someone doesn't let me finish the job, ends up being crazy, or is a scam and doesn't pay second half. the work that was done was paid for. they can finish the rest themselves, as they have used inappropriate language involving me

  so no one would ever disrespect anyone that has made a choice in their personal lives we do not discriminate or appreciate ANY slander in that regard.

  Date of transaction: June 2, 2024- June 14, 2024 **************** arrived on 6/2 with the following agreement: Everything is degreased and old bumpers, stickers or any type of childproof devices are removed Doors and Drawer fronts fully power sanded (any cracks or holes are wood filled beforehand)Everything is deep cleaned to ensure no debris is left behind Depending on color chosen - Sprayed with an ultra-hide mildew resistant primer - then with an **************** Based Urethane Enamel Once doors are completed frame goes through a similar process and is painted with a high-density Cabinet foam roller and a micro brush - Doors are reinstalled and the preferred hardware is added on (Doors and drawers take approximately 4-5 days to fully complete - Thursdays do not apply, Off day) He was paid $395 through Zelle.On 6/14, the contractor arrived with the cabinets incomplete and in poor condition. When question about the process, ****** abandoned the job. He later admitted in text that he did a poor job but would not refund the money. He did not complete the job. He further harassed me with insults and threats.

  To whom it may concern,
  This is ****** who had agreed to fix and paint this familys cabinets. First of all, the photo that was sent to me for the estimate was in complete darkness with the exception of one light. Little did I know it was to hide the imperfections all over the cabinets. I was told that that cabinets were professionally painted not too long ago and were yellowing and peeling. But this was also a lie. The cabinets were painted with nothing but a brush, and they were full of drips and streaks and had 3 layers of paint plus a thick layer of clear polyurethane, to top it off they put oil based polyurethane on top of water based paint causing the paint to extremely peel and yellow. Upon arriving to pick the cabinets up the husband had jumped on to quickly help me remove the doors so I could be on my way, probably so that I wouldnt see how poor the paint job was and how thick the paint was on the cabinets. Also, the clients told me all the products were water based, but the polyurethane was oil based. They are obviously inexperienced with painting, paint products, and apparently also working with people to get work done on their home. They Lied, they were deceiving, they were completely rude and disrespectful when they discovered the cabinets wouldnt look like they came out of an ikea factory.  I never promised they would look perfect,   and by the way the photos that crazy woman sent to here,  they were the only 4-5 doors that had needed more attention, needed some extra sanding, and repainted again.This is once again because they didnt tell me that the polyurethane they used was oil based and this caused the paint to peel. Also they didnt even send me the full deposit amount they only sent me 375.00   .     and she made fake accounts, fake phone numbers, and kept harassing me and saying she was someone else.  I do not owe this family anything, as you can see from her photo.   I FINISHED THEIR CABINETS. THEY JUST NEEDED TO BE TOUCHED UP AND DOORS HUNG UP. I left because they made me feel uncomfortable in their nasty house. And I felt threatened.
