Refund and Exchange Policy
10. Term and Cancellation Policy
When your Payment has been processed, your order is non-refundable, and you authorize eCredable to charge your Payment Method on your Renewal Date, unless You cancel or eCredable terminates your Membership. This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated or canceled by you or eCredable. 
Payment
Once your payment is processed, your order is non-refundable, and you authorize eCredable to charge your Payment Method on your Renewal Date, unless You cancel or eCredable terminates your Membership.
Automatic Renewal: If not terminated, this Agreement will automatically renew each month, year, or other selected subscription period on the anniversary date of your Membership start (“Renewal Date”). By entering this Agreement, you authorize eCredable to charge your Payment Method for the applicable fees on each Renewal Date unless the Agreement is canceled by you or terminated by eCredable.
If your Payment Method becomes invalid for any reason, you must notify us immediately. If eCredable is notified that your Payment Method declined payment, eCredable will notify you via email. From the date that your payment was declined, you have 28 days from the date of that notice to resolve the problem with your Payment Method. eCredable may attempt to process your payment during this period. If we still receive an error when trying to process your Payment, we will terminate your eCredable Membership and send you an email advising you of such termination.
eCredable's Right to Terminate:
eCredable reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause. In such cases, eCredable will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a full or pro-rata refund is warranted, subject to applicable laws. Any products or services provided by eCredable free of charge have no cash or refund value and are not eligible for a refund.
Customer’s Right to Cancel:
You may cancel your Membership at any time by logging into your eCredable profile and following the cancellation instructions. Cancellation will take effect immediately at the time of your request, and no further charges will be made to your Payment Method after cancellation.
• Managing Your Membership: It is your responsibility to manage your Membership, including canceling before the Renewal Date, maintaining accurate contact information, and ensuring your Payment Method is up to date.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Payments processed for current or previous billing periods are nonrefundable.
• Forfeiture of Benefits: Upon cancellation, all eCredable Membership benefits, including access to features and services, will be forfeited immediately.
• Inactivity: Failure to use your eCredable membership services does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of your Membership period.
Refund Exceptions:
Refunds are issued only in the event of
• Duplicate charges caused by a technical error, or
• Proven billing errors resulting in overpayment.
In the event of a billing error, eCredable will review the matter on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or adjustments, if warranted, will be issued at eCredable’s sole discretion. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date and are subject to this review process.
Membership Downgrades and Upgrades:
You may choose to downgrade or upgrade your Membership at any time by logging into your eCredable profile and selecting the desired plan. Downgrades and upgrades will take effect immediately, and you will be charged or credited the prorated difference in fees for the remainder of the billing period.
